I had no issue with them at all. Right from January 1st, they sent me a msg to come pick my goods, which I eventually picked on Jan 2nd.

You pay when your items get to Nigeria.

You just ship your items to their office and indicate or inform them if you want it shipped via express or Normal, after that when your goods gets to lagos you will be sent a text with the amount you need to pay before pick up.
