Walk into your current study center with your credentials, meet your study center admin telling him you want to change your SC it wont take more than 10mins to transfer you.

And if I may ask, what's the yardstick for the standard ? You think a lower credit of 2.67 gpa out of 4.0 is too bad for a direct entry ?

There are standards and requirements handed down to NOUN by NUC which they must adhere strictly to.

This is an important information going out to all
project students of National Open University of
Nigeria (NOUN). The University authorities have
released the conditions to be met by project
students before they can be assigned a
supervisor. Deadlines for different aspects of
projects have also been released for concerned
students. You can check them below.
Important Notice To All Project Students
of National Open University
The following conditions must be met before you
can be assigned a supervisor;
1. You must be in the semester of project
2. You must have registered project in your portal
3. You must have acquired enough credit unit as
analysed below
UNDERGRADUATE. – 105 Credit Units
POST GRAD. DIPLOMA. – 21 Credit Units
MASTER – ARTS. – 21 Credit Units
EDU. – 31 Credit Units
SST. – 20 Credit Units
SMS. – 38 Credit Units
Please come along with evidence of project
registration AND print out of your results from the
portal.
Meanwhile, note the following deadlines
concerning research project for this semester JAN
– JUNE 2015
DEADLINE OF ACTIVITIES

Where do I go from here? I called one of the facilitators on the tutorial timetable, she said she's not coming to school again never she'd not been paid for 5 years! Effectively, I'll never get any tutoring except I can locate my class mates.... Any law 200 level student PH center?

What's our stand in this school....
