Hello Every one..Congrats to the newmums...you can never imagine the joy and happiness awaiting you. i put to bed 8months ago and she keeps amazing me everyday. I had my visa revoked (am sure some of you might be familiar with my story)..anyways, visa was revoked cos i declared i was preggy after i was issued a visa. meanwhile durinfg the interview, the VO asked me if i was preggy, i said no. long story short, visa was revoked.

It's been close to a year now and i want to apply again for visit and also attend a training..I am worried that they might reject. Any advice will help and will be appreciated.

The lady resident in Dubai? I do remember your story. She's 8months already? How fast they grow! My love to her.

I think you have waited enough. You should reapply.

Good day house, it has been a while. Congrats to all new mums.

A friend is planning to have her baby in Dallas, so far, all the doctors that are willing to take her at 35weeks seem to have this policy on self quarantine for 3 weeks.

This is therefore a request to all Dallas mums (recently travelled) to please assist with whether or not they were quanrantined on arrival. If no, please share your hospital and doctor's name.

We will really appreciate your help and assistance on this.

Thank you.

Good morning all,

I am trying to complete my DS-160 form for my visa and it is asking for visa type. There is an option for Business/Tourism (B1/B2) and the Tourism/Medical Treatment (B2). Please which one is appropriate for someone going to give birth over there?
Also there is a place that asks this question: Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?. A cousin of mine about 3 years entered my name for the US visa lottery program. Although I didn't win, does this qualify for me to answer a yes for the question?
Please help me out.
Thanks.

You need a B2 visa for birthing as this is a medical purpose
Applying for Visa lottery is ideally not a filed petition however it depends on how and what your cousin did so if your cousin just went online and filed a visa lottery form for you then that is not a filed petition. if your cousin is a US citizen and officially requested for US citizenship for you, by filling any of the forms in the below links, then it qualifies a filed petition

Thanks @PrinceAdeAde. So you are saying it is better I select B2 category instead of B1/B2? In addition, my cousin entered me for the ELECTRONIC DIVERSITY VISA ENTRY. I don't think he is a US citizen cos he lives in Ireland and was born in Cameroon

@PrinceAdeAde:

I understand the visa type is B2 for my wife and what about I and our little Princess, are we going to fill the same B2 or B1/B2?

Please reply.

Thanks.

If you are going for birth and plan to disclose this, then B2 is your visa type and not that it is a better option to select.IT IS AN ABSOLUTE

For your Couzin question, consult him/her well with the information I provided on the link to determine which but if he just filled the online lottery form for you as anyone in the world can do for anyone, then the answer to the petition question would be "No".

Pls @cherie24 HOW did they revoke your visa. Did you contact the embassy to say you were not travelling again or did they revoke it at the point of entry.

So,so sorry to hear that your visa was revoked last year. I think you can apply for renewal now. The issue of the revoked visa is most likely to come up,just be truthfull, appologise that you made a regretable mistake by not telling the truth during your last interview and that you are sorry about it. Wish you all the best.

Nawa o! They have pleaded over and over again for people to read this thread WELL before asking the same questions over and over again!

Enough people on here have used Dr Fagbohun and have shared their stories. Most recently was TVegas who even bent over backwards to write a whole epistle about his experience!

Type TVegas into the search window and read his posts, you will find his account of Dr Fagbohun.

Same goes for all the people asking about El Paso over and over again! Type it into the search window if you don't feel like reading from Page 1 and save us stress of getting worked up unnecessarily.

Thanks smiley
