the fact dat some men run during war, doesn't make dem weaklings. GEJ quietness for 6years = 6 weeks of war against BOKO. GEJ till 2019.

Everyone is shouting, "What they couldn't do in six years!".

Let's not forget that a new multinational force force was created recently to fight BH under the directives of AU. This new force, not just the Nigerian army, is seeking some time to show what they've got.

Yeah, Nigerian army has failed to curtail the activities of these guys in years within our border but does that mean the united force can't do it?

Mind you, they are saying that our military resources needed to assure safe elections in the country are tied down in the combat against BH. So those shouting against the government, what should they have done? Remove the solders from their war posts or conduct the election without military guards? Not our fault though, a lot of bad things have happened we no longer trust our government but, APC or PDP, let's apply our own individual logic here with an open mind.

While we seek change, let's do it with maturity. Any reasonable Nigerian should know that this country is most unstable for elections now. Just look around you, thugs shooting everywhere, bombing here and there, youths fighting one another etc.

We employed the security adviser to advise us in such issues, he has and we now think we know better. Even the APC leaders that were actively anti-postponement have seen and understood the situation and thus accepted the fate. But they have refused to educate their naive followers because they know the general kick against PDP is to their own advantage.

I'd encourage us all to be positive and pray for the better. It will be to our great advantage if they succeed in eliminating these BH guys, APC or PDP. So let's not just be eager for six weeks to pass so we could say, "I told you!", let's rather pray for our solders. I, for one, have friends there. I'd rather pray for them than sit back and wait for critics time.

Long live Nigeria!

What I understood about the security reports was that there are ongoing operations in the northeast which will reduce the strength of the military during the elections.

They never said they want to crush Boko Haram within six weeks.

GEJ and his cohorts have ulterior motive, but it will backfire by God's grace. March 28 is just around the corner. I pray that God will preserve our lives so we can witness that day and even many more years.

At the risk of pontificating, I categorically and doggedly and climatically recognize Hon. Obahiagbon as a scholastic Nigerian of high decorum.

Following thread henceforth... The truth is that their won't be an election on that date, I can see lot of things happening in this country in the next 6 weeks that will define the future of our great Nation. This will be the first time that I can see the incumbent getting so scared to have an election. They are all afraid of their past and they all have many skeletons in their cupboard..... Between now and 6 weeks, I see this thread moving up to more than 100 pages.... Mr Mac, pls always update us and keep the thread going. Thank you... God bless Nigeria!
