I am interested in buying any variant of the above car for restoration purposes. Car may be a running driver or may need some loving to bring it back to life.
Slight accident damage also welcome.

The X350 was built from 1997-2002 while the X350 ran from 2003-2007.

Car must be in Nigeria already and located within 350km of Lagos to qualify for consideration.
Will travel further for rare gems.

This is a deviation from the norm. You Shagatti left the beemer group for an Infiniti, now you wish to have another affair with a jag...? Beautiful car... The body work of that car looks like what would go down well as a great classic. However, I can't tell about future reception of this car.
That said, this restoration is one i'll bookmark.

Seeing this car on Lagos roads as rare an occurrence as it is always evokes something I cant explain.

There was a Jag mechanic workshop on the highway near the Ogudu bridge in Lagos where many samples found a final resting place. Sadly I wasn't savvy enough then to approach.
Now the area has been cleaned up and no one has a clue where the Jags went

The search is on and I hope to get a good one soon.

Jaguar is one of the few marques that is not on my bucket list.

Good luck on your restore. This actually makes sense as 9ja is close to UK so parts should be cheap to ship.

Go to lekki epe express way, the XG350 is there, in multiple numbers but the 308, that is a rear gem only seen a couple ones in my life time.

Still awaiting pricing on the XF, you didn't state if you would be willing to look into a diesel powered jaaaaag.

Also what is your budget? X308/350/358 are as cheap as chips across the pond.

Seen samples in mainland Europe for <€3000 and Stateside for $4k and below.
Would rather have something here already.

They think she is a money-pit. They nicknamed her ugly beatty.
Owned her now for about 12 years, and she is here to stay!!!!!
NB: On another recent trip to to her favourite spot(mechanics shop), having the steering rack fixed(another 25k bill). No wonder they hate her so much.......Lol
The engine state and air-conditioning, wow!!! They don't build cars like this any more(proper armoured tank).

This car on its own looks & smells like trouble. British engineering are masterpieces but you also need someone with skilled craftsmanship to work on these vehicles cos Kazeem & his brothers in trade would send this beauty to their early graves.

On the contrary, they are not trouble to look after. But you must have deep pockets.

Went to check out a very good looking one (a 2002) in Ikeja last weekend.
Had been abandoned on the dealer's lot apparently. Asking NGN2m!!!!
Claims it is in very good condition but he couldn't get it to start claiming no petrol in the tank.
I have made an appointment to see the owner later this week.

Will take pictures when next I go there

You might have some issues to fix yourself or things to undo like a 1992 Camry engine Remember that car was already abandoned.

Saw her for sale in Japan for a very good price, imported her to the uk, then lagos (this is about 15 years ago)
Never had any engine issues with her, but have had wear and tear on parts.
Most parts are available @ Ladipo(but they will charge premium).
Parts I cannot source from Ladipo, I source from the UK.
The bodywork on my model suffers from a lot of rusting issues, so essential bodywork maintenance is a must.
My Kazeem, is a chap called Kayode. He has had total control of the mechanical maintenance of ugly beatty from day one, he understands her wella(he gets rewarded wella for his hardwork).

Start negotiations from N500,000 and work up !!!! You might be lucky to get it @ a fair price.

Thanks for you kind words, o yeah she is for keeps. She is maintained as best as possible and usually get positive comments from passing traffic.
My wife, girlfriend, dad and mother, have given up already(they know the score).
