If President Jonathan himself cannot declare his asset to the whole nation as demanded by code of conduct bureau for public officers and govt appointees, then what examples is he laying down for others to follow. For the Lagos case, Tinubu's company is a consultant to Lagos govt on tax matters. For every consulting job, there is always a percentage attached to it, go and find out, some consultant collect as much as 30℅of project value.
