You hav to hav a minimum of 25% of the total number of votes in a state for st least 27 states and right now pdp has lost just 2 states going by that condition while apc has lost 5

my analysis for d remaining states yet to be announced. 18states and fct has been announced and apc is leading with more than 2million votes, Let it Cancel rivers and Delta states. sokoto will Cancel cross river, Niger for edo, borno for bayelsa, gombe for ebonyi. apc will win Lagos, yobe, bauchi, zamfara, adamawa, kebbi, taraba and probably pdp win benue. CONCLUSION: Is either d election declared inconclusive because of canceled votes (if d margin is less than registered voters in d canceled units ) or GMB win narrowly
