Yes, d declaration of Biafra rep came as d easterners couldn't not be protected in d North. There wz silent killings of d easterners in d army, navy, airforce, Police & d selective killings of children in d north. Ojukwu reminded Hassan Katsina abt d progrom bt he looked d other way. It was at that juncture, Ojukwu took d matter to Ghana. It was in Ghana an agreement wz reached for d practise of True Federalism where each region could be on its own, socially,Politically & econically. The documents of which were sighned in Aburi Ghana under d presence of d disputing parties.
