Ibos shamefully trying to steal themselves in through the back door after Yorubas birthed the vision, mobilized and built bridges of alliance to the north, middle belt and parts of the SS but only ibos were myopic and declined progress for their usual tribalistic and insular reasons. Anyway, the APC will do what is in its plan for and with these non-typical Ibos but the local ones still on their villages and doting the landscapes of the SW angling for something they worked against on the basis of quota system will be disappointed. Give Iboland what it deserves constitutionally but that is it because they worked hardest against today, against APC, against Buhari, against Tinubu, even Amaechi and must never benefit for what they didn't work for! They like the chop sand syndrome and I hope they are made to choke on it!!
shameless hoe!! I wonder when the ideas of one person represent the entire population's opinion!!! Stupidd skank ranting like a dog!! I don't give a rat asss about GEJ, gmb,APC, pdp!! You are rather offensive in your brutal approach to the issue. Are binis yorrobbers? Don't they have similarities in names and culture? Do you need further examples? Now take a chill pill bro.

I guess you would have wanted me to be defensive in my approach with truth. There was no iota of comparisons of tribes in my post. If you have been ill-informed about ethnicities in Nigeria, I suggest you disabuse your silly mind before posting crap. What has Bini and Yoruba got to do with my previous post? I do not give a rataxx about any other ethnic group in Nigeria as long as I have Igbo.

To be sincere those names the op mentioned have very little impact during the electioneering, check the number of votes GMB got in SE & compare it to that of 2011 & its also shows that all Igbos don't think the same, some have put the civil war behind them & embracing a better Nigeria while some are still bitter about what happened 30years ago to the extend of brainwashing their offsprings that GMB is behind the civil war.

Igbos in general have put the civil war behind them. We are no longer bitter. We fought a good fight and lost. If you doubt me, look around Nigeria and show me any tribe that has invested outside their tribe and around Nigeria more than the Igbos.

I am a proud Nigerian. I supported Buhari from day one, even when he contested against Obasanjo. I believe in his governance because I personally witnessed his leadership in 1983.
Yes Igbos can be very opinionated. That was what you saw in the last election. Igbos will support the Buhari government not because they are cowards, but because they identify with success. They don't follow sheepishly. They will be the first to admit that they are wrong when they are wrong - that is what you are seeing.

Amaechi could sound Igbo name but the truth of the matter is that if you study your geography well bro you will see where Rivers State falls into (South South) NOT South East.

South south or south east is just a geopolitical division for zoning. It has nothing to do with tribe or tongue of a people. Igbo people as collective tribe spans about 7 Nigerian states namely Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo, part of Delra state and a third of population of present Rivers State. Same way you have yorubas in kogi and kwara and even brazil....
I hope you have been well educated... The Ikwere is not Igbo divisive tendency started with the civil war...go read your history books about the abandoned properties...the concious reorienting of Ikwerre people the change of village names like umuokuta to rumuokuta...obigbo to Oyigbo....and all the other rumu's... I am surprised you could reason like this! For your information those people he mentioned with some of us On Nairaland did more work for GMB than most Yoruba4 and Hausas Folks. You need to weigh the Figures allocated to Jonathan and PDP in 2011, to really appreciate our work down here. The fact, is that Jonathan would have won the election, without those people he mentioned! It was a total war during the March 28 election in the South East, most of APC supporters properties were destroyed, they were humiliated, just because they stood their ground and didn't allow PDP, write the results as they wanted.

As a fact, I will like you to watch out for 2019 elections in the South east to really appreciate the effort of 2015.

In conclusion, don't use the figures allocated to Buhari to judge our efforts! Only Buhari could appreciate!

My respect

Since the elections, am yet to see any thread or group demand laced with Yoruba or Hausa self-agrandisement but i can count upto a minimum of 7 by, for and on Igbo this, Igbo that. They are a race that refuses to get civilized but prefered to remain in the stone age. Minus Okorocha, all the politicians mentioned made no noticeable impact in the elections yet he shamelessly claimed they helped Buhari to the presidency. Bunch of boot-leakers !

What a moronic sketch. I guess dunces are created in Yoruba land. The inherent backstabbers and behind-lickers recently went into alliance to form APC.

Does Rotimi make him a Yoruba man?

These people have warned you guys to stop imposing your Igboness on them. Being your neighbour with similarities in culture does not make any Ikwerre man an Igbo.

Disrespectfully enough, Ikwerres changed everything that sounds like Igbo names in Portharcourt and environ to something else so as to ensure their identity is well protected but you continue in usual manner to disrespect them by forcing yourselves on these people.

I was watching a comedy show with Julius Agu on the stage, I have always believed he was an Igbo man until he started yabbing Igbos as his neighbour. I was surprised and shocked when he referred to Igbos as his neighbour in the video. He later said he is from Portharcourt in the video........

Shut the hell up,visit port harcourt before talking trash,Rumukwurushi is Umukwurushi in Igbo,Rumuamadi is Umuamadi, why are you dirty guys jealous about a state that does not share border with any other part of Nigeria accepts Igboland. So PH is Igboland. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE IT..TELL THEM TO CHANGE THEIR IGBO NAMES.

Perhaps you are not looking at d right pvc figures!
Google pvc collection in d southeast and none had less than 1million pvc collected except Ebonyi!!Meanwhile average % voter turnout at the elections in d se was about 37%!!!
If APC men in d east and outside had not galvanised themselves to form a formidable force, this is the scenario that would have played out that day: as soon as d card readers were deliberately made and said to have failed and manual accreditation allowed, there would have been writing of votes in d various govt and personal homes of PDP stalwarts using the military, police, sss and a lot of compromised and intimidated INEC officials and the kind of 90% turnout and 99% votes for GEJ would have been coming out, giving you the kind of 1.4-1.6m votes we saw in rivers state for the PDP.
APC would have cried blue murder,GMB would have cried his eyes out again and headed to the courts. Of course with PDP and GEJ in celebratory and drunken mood, transferring N1b to the account of each of the electoral panel judges would have been chicken change to a man who spent N2trillion to bribe during the campaigns.
By now you and I my friend would have started witnessing the bankcupting of our resources and militancy/brigandage never ever witnessed in this nation by the types of GEJ, mama peace, orubebe, wike etc.
We cannot over emphasize what God did for us by allowing all the factors, individuals and forces that came together under His guidance to deliver GMB's victory; least of all that of the southeasterners that stood by GMB,despite d great campaign of calumny against him in the region.

Perfect analysis, I have always known GMB will lose woefully in the SE, but my greatest fear was inflated votes which was witnessed in Rivers, Delta, Akwa ibom, cross rivers, e.t.c, inflated votes was very minimal in the SE.
That the National assembly was held in the same day with the presidential elections, and APGA a strong party in SE was contesting must have helped too.

You got the whole thing wrong,I think you need to be educated about the peoples and cultures of Nigeria.South South is just a geopolitical zone comprising more than 50 ethnic groups.Incase you don't know there are Igbo groups located in Rivers state,Delta state,Akwa Ibom,Edo,Cross River and even Benue state.Just as we have Yoruba groups in Kwara and Kogi state Whitin the North central geopolitical zone.Gov Amaechi in his campaign tour in Abia mentioned that he is an Igbo man.

And as an FYI Ibo land of Nigeria stretches beyond the SE political zone. It stretches from North of Nsukka to Igwe Ocha (Port Harcourt), so you can die if you want.
