When the destruction of the ND is taking place, the govt will swiftly divert to non oil commodities, more interest in agric, groundut, cocoa, coffee, palm oil ( i hope u know malaysia, that is one of their highest earners of revenue, palm oil which nigeria borrowed them in the 70s, now they are the world largest producer of oil, and i dont need to remind the position of malaysia in the world today. grin )

Infact, the destruction of the ND will be a blessing for us, more interest will be put in minning, i hope u do know nigeria has gold as well in the north and southwest? grin

All these people calling his words bluff are doing so becos they have no idea what these people are capable of. First of all, unlike Boko Haram, these ones have dia own money and dnt rely on external forces for funding, they do bunkery and lots of oda oil deals so they got the money.

Secondly, these people have conquered there immediate enviroment which is the land and practically live up in water or can stay longer in water hence, it wud take a whole lot to curb them

Thridly, the kind of weapons they wield is not a joke, forget all these BH guns and Bombs, forget that dey did Armnesty and surrendered their weapons on TV, those weapons dey submitted are the worn out ones cus the real weapons are chilling somwia.

I grew up in POrt harcourt and I was in PH at the time when they started their chaos and trust me, it wasn't palatable, we know the kind of gun shots we heard, No be moi moi guns o, that time we they drink tea dey dodge bullet.
The Govt had better take dem seriously for these guys don't play..

Asari dokubo and his boys should shut the fok up,we are tired of being held to ransome by some bunch of thieves. This is GMB a man with military background and not a bloody clueless civilian GEJ that you were pushing around,if you and your boys/sympathisers on nairaland should try any nonsense we shall treat you all as enemies of state. Seun pls take my comment to asari dokubo for me. Enough is enough,Nigeria is for us all,the oil belongs to all of us

keep quiet my guy...This time around, there would be no Nigeria...it would be LOWER NIGER DELTA vs UPPER NIGER DELTA..Then we will sit down and calculate scores..

By drawing first blood, he meant taking away our juicy contracts.... Asari should be secretly detained, charged for several inciting statements and threat to Nigeria... If he is arrested, few gunshots will sound, few damages might be caused, but in a very short time the dust will clear while he cools off in an underground prison somewhere in the Sahara.... Not a big deal..

bro, don't be surprised if a bigger warlord arises after that is done to asari...ur brothers in Syria can testify to that

Nigerians called his bluff by voting out Jonathan..
Which Nigerians voted out Jonathan? For the avoidance of doubt, the Northern Oligarchy conspired and rigged out Jonathan. The SE and SS was never a part of it and would NEVER be. Jonathan is out of the equation now... Let's see how far the gang-up can go with its rulership of Nigeria.

I believe the ultimate fallout of the 2015 election coup d'etat will be increased and continued agitation for a referendum and the eventual separation of light and darkness. We the peoples of the Lower Niger Region say enough is enough! We have had enough and the center as it is now can no longer hold. WE WANT OUT!

I laugh in master language that slaves dont understand.

You are a bitter loser and far from a politician. If you picture yourselves slaves, you are one by your mindset and by every standard you set for yourself. The day you realize that God designed marriage not to be walked out of, that day you will understand Nigeria remains indivisible. Your situation is akin to a young bride now at the prime of her life as a GMD in a big multinational company seeking for divorce but has forgotten that her poor husband sent her to school.

One thing i am happy about is that whatever the 'lower Niger' wants to do, the battle ground is at their home. South Sudan is a perfect example but in a smaller scale.

we are going to get the referendum, but now with blood shedding...after the international community recognizes us as an independent state, if u like, send ur armies there, Na NATo bomb go land for una own backyard

So you think a properly equipped Army, Navy and Airforce with a presidential order wont scathe those guys? Thats just the way some of you guys believed that GEJ was undefeatable.

so it is the militants that r ill-equipped?

If there is anybody buhari is answerable to,its the niger delta people. Dokubo has tasted the sweet pie, now we know who he really is. Buhari should pass the PIB bill and the grieviances and injustice would be addressed. Now we who the true freedom fighters are.

. You are just stupid for telling me to keep quiet, I'm talking from experience haven weighed the both of them, Boko Haram is A Local problem while Militancy issues can eat deep even into the international community. The bottom line is its my opinion based on experience. If u must argue, do so with reason and don't try ever again to insult me.
NB: fix ur grammar properly wen next u wanna mention me Ass Wipe!!!
The militants can go ahead, blowing up pipelines and shooting sporadically. You Niger-Deltans will be the ones dodging bullets in your living roomsgrin

The last time, the Army didn't unleash their arsenal, coz it will amount to declaring war on oneself, but now that you want nothing than to infringe on our territorial integrity by taking up arms, the case will be different.

Did you just say BH is a Local problem and we needed MNJTF to crush them? And GEJ had to go to France?
If you've been to Bama lately, you would've known that the NA just played hide-and-seek with ND Militants. Tens of thousands lives lost and hundreds of thousands (if not, millions) displaced in the NE. Do you want that for the SS too?
You have no idea what you're wishing for.

You think war is only about equipment? Colonel Ojukwu a well trained senior military officer led an army that was larger than that of your militants but could not do anything to Nigerian army. Like i said before, SS and SE underestimated the fact that GEJ performed badly and couldn't get the votes he got last time while the North and the west went in to a merger to defeat the SE and SS while they were still bragging. You cannot continue to underestimate the Nigerian military, you will have yourself to blame.

BH declared war on Nigeria, who's blood is being shed, yours or theirs? Collateral damage is their friends, brothers and family. You ask for war, war will not wait for you, it shall visit you.

Empty Threat.

Enemy of the State. Stays in Kotonu but intrudes in nigeria.

Asari is a clown,

All dis South/South South/East Ojukwu type of leadership will never work in this country.

Asari wants to lead blind people when it happens he runs to Kotonu,

Well, Under the Buhari Regime, I believe there would be no hiding place for any Miscreant or social misfit.

All this Asari Dokubo and co would eventually fizzle out.

The Niger Delta people along with the Igbo nation collectively known as Lower Niger Region was never defeated on March 28. PDP and Jonathan was though we backed them till the very end and we are glad we did. But We Are Not A Conquered Territory

Your Territory has been conquered over and over and over again..

How many more times do we have to drum it that your territory is not conquered.

You can not do the same old foolish things and expect a brand new different Result,

The igbos and S/S should sit down, take the back seat and see how things are being done.

They should learn, because even if they succeed in succession which I can bet my life they would never succeed, they would eventually become a hazard to themselves.

The Lower Niger struggle for emancipation and end to marginalisation will continue by exploring every internationally accepted process. We are pro-US and and not anti-anybody. Our demand is both legitimate and divine. It shall not be decimated.

The way I see it, you people have 2 options

1)Wholeheartedly support the new President and dedicate your struggles to the betterment of Nigeria as one country

or

2)Declare your own nation and secede

Either choice takes great courage. To remain neither here nor there is cowardice, and I'm afraid that Asari and his cohorts are beginning to sound like hungry cowards.

It is needed for full integration and mutual trust but they unfortunately do not trust anyone, not even fellow Igbos!

I said this sometime ago:
Do ibos trust themselves? Its a pity that APGA that would have been a rallying point 4 ibos politically,d way CPC and AC was 4 hausas and yorubas respectively, doesn't even have majority in d SE. Ibos prefered PDP. So were do we start from when at d grassroot there's nothing?

Most of u still seem not to get it, if buhari draws first blood, he's finished.

Once militants r killing, kidnapping, burning oil wells n perform massive bunkering, buhari will have a dismal 4 years in office n Nigeria will evict him from Aso rock come 2019 for failing badly. seems u seem to forget 80% of our revenue comes from Niger delta.

Remember it takes average of 5 years to build a refinery, but it takes just less than an hour to burn it to the ground.

what I understand by "first blood" here is that if asari's income stream is blocked by buhari. But what is d real bone of contention; is it that asari is scared that d money won't b flowing 2 him anymore thru pipeline protection contracts or that he is sincerely interested in those poor people that are suffering in d ND?
