so the fall of the city has nothing to do with the iraqi army running away?

Tell me, what happened at Kobani.. It was a out to fall.. Then something happened.... Then it didnt fall

What was that something?

Then the U.S in over 1000 strike missions with at least 2 paveway bombs per strike costing 21,000 per bomb destroyed the small town.

How is this an effective strategy?

You are literally claiming the t120 right now

Yes, unlike the Cobra deal, the Airforce CAS stated clearly the service is in the process of acquiring the T-129.

Feel free to quote where i said airpower alone

I said multi-role is just as good at CAS as a dedicated CAS platform

Get your facts straight

Which has been proven time and again to be a comical, virtually r3tarded conclusion.

We fly it because you say so?

No, because you fly it.

Same as that AH the french built for you that was roundly rejected by Turkey, Malaysia, the U.K etc etc

I know its hard for you to handle the fact that you can barley build an AFV when South Africa is building Attack helicopters

But be a man and deal with it

Changing the name of a french built Helicopter doesn't equal to you building it.

It is irrelevant if the tucano was evaluated and dropped

you may be right there. The change of government does not change the nations military human right record. But guess what? We do not give a long fvck about US built assets, as long as the russians, israel and the chinese re still in the business of producing lethal equipments.
The ikri is a program headed by Mekahog of Nigeria with the technical partnership oF Denel.
Oga henry shey this programs get future under the new government?

It remains to be seen whether this incoming government would continue in the Automotive industrial policy path. I just don't trust them.

The Nigerian Police ordered 54, with 7 already delivered. The remaining 46 are currently been built by mekahog.

your Rooivalk(a combat bird) was getting its upgrade and technical corrections suggestions from flying photography missions, it is still very photography compliant but overtime without any actual combat test which would have brought up the need for upgrades or the induction of new avionics. Overtime your rooivalk is growing outdated. African nations are in the hunt for new combat birds to face emerging threats in africa but nobody is looking south...

grin grin grin grin ......... buhahahahahahaha!!!!

Abeg, don't antagonise them to stopping, I actually do enjoy posting their photography sessions.

That Half-French Helicopter was outdated when it was first launched. It is no better today. Even they, are looking at foreign birds to replace the Half-French with.

You can say it as much as you want, but Agaugust said NAF WILL receive the Tucano's

It was not me that said Nigeria is buying Super Tucano, it was Nigeria`s Vice President and South African defenceweb magazine .

So how am I responsible for information that originates from credible sources? I think you need brain surgery from the way you think.

http://www.defenceweb.co.za/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=32881:nigeria-interested-in-buying-super-tucanos&catid=35:Aerospace&Itemid=107

Now go call South African defenceweb a liar for spreading false information about NAF buying Tucano.

Mumu !

The Nigerian Army has at-least 252 Otokar Cobra's in service. Far higher than the 209 figure most sources give.

Nigerian Army Cobra 252 conducting election duties.

Did Nigeria build the igirigi's engine?

Nobody ever claimed we did.

So, the claim by South Africans that Ikri is 100% South African, is what I challenge. Did SA build the Ikri engine? Answer us.

Hey dude, stop dragging this froum back on old resolved issues as if your brain is bound from making progress in discussion.

T-80 tank I never claimed, nobody ever did. It was T-84 you dummy. Source was posted here many times from Ukraine, the tanks were photographed at the airport and the Ukrainian lawyer were complaining about the sale to Nigeria during their own war time of need.

Super Tucano go ask South African defenceweb why he published the story of the offer by NAF.

Bofors Archer I never claimed. You don`t even know the names of these weapons you are screaming about grin grin

It was Bofors FH-77B, and any claim I made about Bofors was backed up with website sources from respected Army Guide, if there is any error in it, go ask the author of Army Guide website so he can explain how he made his mistake.

Now stop repeating the same story over and over as if you entered accounting school brainless but admitted because you are white

The gripens were heavily armed with air-to-ground missiles as shown in that picture.

They were there to stand guard for our safe exit in CAR, after the parliament decided to withdraw. They remained on stand-by to counter any action that the rebel would contemplate to take against us.

As confirmed by you, you do not know the difference!!

You don`t know the difference between a missile and a bomb, that`s why you say SAAF Gripen has air to ground missiles

That's what the picture shows or am I wrong?

Paveway is a PGM, a rocket that has the same properties as missile beside that it is not propelled. Its speed is depended on the speed of the platform.
