It serves every Igbo person best if this goofy Igbo Conscience cum think tank remains emerging forever if the members think that the spate of hatred between Igbo and Yoruba started during the general election of yesterday. If the jokers in the so-called emerging Igbo Conscience have respect for past events, they should have realized that Igbo and Yoruba hatred is rooted in the Nigeria/Biafra civil war. What the hell is silly general election when there was a genocide committed against Ndiigbo during the civil war in which Yoruba were distinguished participants?

You are right

rubbbbish, there's nothing like reconciliation...all we want now is war, without total war between Biafra and odua the zoo nigeria can't be destroyed and the true freedom can't be reached. reconciliation can come when we have restored Biafra.

i do not preach peace, i advocate for total bloody war as long as the war will bring to an end the zoo nigeria.

Is it because it's promoting peace between the Yorubas and the Ibos

hmmmmmm...those who produced the film mission impossible should get ready to produce another one (African version this time)

I'm not sure peaceful negotiation can end the hatered when most ppl only derive Joy in being nothing but bigots..

when everyone is doing everything possible to inject the hatred into the minds if their off springs. even those who are yet to procreate already vouched to do same

you said it all already, if inter- marriage can't, nothing will

Get away from here Igbo think tank whatever, there is deep hatred for Ndi-Igbo and Biafrans in general by this uncircumcised id1ots, while Biafrans are trying their best to even carry on with their one Nigeria, they attack us from all angles possible, to the extent their Oba have to come deliver their message himself.
Until we burn down this zoo, which are going to do soonest, and everyone goes to his own country with defined boundary, there is nothing like truce.

****EXECUTIVE ABANDONMENT CHAPTER 2****

The Islamisation of Nigeria has began.... Convert to Islam or you will never be allowed into any security meetings because I can not trust you.....Buhari aka Buhari tell fooolish yorobbers Osibanjo;
The nomadic president of Nigeria Buhari again on Thursday the 18th June 2015 in Abuja instructed his security men not to allow Mr Osubanjo the Yoruba saboteur a MERE commissioner parading around as VP, not to be allowed into the room he was having what he called a Top security meeting with top Nigeria military meN and their foreign JOINT TASK FORCE (JTF) men and women from Chad, Niger and Cameron, according to the source, Mr Osubanjo was said to be furious with Buhari as this was not the first time he was humiliated before the watching media.

Just the beginning for SABOTAGING YOROBBERs

sound funny, it is good to have peace among each other, but yoruba shld define their relationship or their rules to ibo people living in their land once and for all and ibo shld respect their political or governance decision. The major cause of hate btw ibo/yorub is politics, but if this olive branch they are stretching 2 each other is 2 fight northerner, they will fail
It is now very obvious that those who are fuelling the Igbo-Yoruba acrimony are from the north.... You guys fully understand that any Igbo-Yoruba coalition would ultimately undo the north.

look at this iddiotttt. What is there to sabi?

@post, Very good gesture, not sure if such can come from the other side thou. However I take exception to referring to Nigerians living in any part of the country as 'hosts'. Can Nigerians living in Nigeria be referred to as visitors or foreigners? Such terms can only come up in a place like Nigeria.

That concept of 'host' is very annoying.

BTW anyone who believes a truce or reconciliation is possible between these two blocks is living in a fools paradise. The bitterness precedes the 2015 election, it was only heightened.

You can imagine the stupidity of the so called "Igbo conscience". Bunch of fools that have learnt no lesson from their history. Heaven forbid that the leadership of Igboland fall into the hands of those coconut heads.

For all its worth. Igbos and Yorubas are not neighbors, we have no mis understanding with them more than we have with the Fangs of Gabon, another black nation Ndiigbo share no boundary with.

Once we are free from the Zoo, the "Yoruba problem" will be forever solved, as the boundary of Igboland is at the Eastern borders of Edoland, at the Western part of Ikaland.

Other than skin colour, we have nothing in common with Yorubas more than we have with the Luo of Kenya or anyother black group.

I read somewhere that some Jews played roles in attempts at stopping the creation of the state of Israel because it would jeopardize their investments and interests. These types of people aren't new historically speaking.
But they should be afraid because Biafra is coming, and won't spare their type.
Meanwhile Biafra is far bigger than "Igbo". cool

AwesomelyMade:
The truth remains that no matter what this group says, that deep seated hatred that prompted a 'royal father' to threaten a whole tribe because of selfish and personal gains might not fade soon, even though his opinion did not reflect that of all yorubas.
In a mixed society, only a primitive person would under-estimate the power of utterances.

What I will advise my Igbo brothers is to keep up the undying spirit of conquerors and also be careful at all times both in words and action. If we must co-habit, we must tolerate and show love

Dunce, how many times do you want the oba to clarify his controversial statement? The Oba used metaphoric expression and he didn't in any way threatened the whole ibo tribe. he was talking to the ibo guys that were with at that moment and they understood the oba's statement perfectly. Mischief makers like you just want to use that as an opportunity to attack the Yoruba. The oba has clarified his statement and he's not responsible for the way you chose to understand it. dickhead

The oba was using yoruba metaphor to address the Igbo nation in Lagos.
Okay, my Igbo metaphor also says that Yorubas should be wiped out by plague because they voted for Buhari.
Abeg no vex, na Igbo metaphor. cheesy
