How did you know that 2 chips fell?

and if I am to believe you, if you take your system to an engineer for repairs, the engineer should be responsible for any further damage done to the system during the repairs except if you were told before the repair started that its gonna be a 50/50 situation.

Evening all... Please recently my laptop is misbehaving, starting with the keyboard, sometimes it doesn't give what I press for instance when I press d brightness key something else comes up, the WiFi key t,he letters too don't even bring out nothing even the right and left clicks at d cursor, then later it's becomes normal. It's not a keyboard problem, what's the likely cause of this please... Virus? *modified* when the madness is on it sometimes displays this.

My friend's elder brother imported some stuff from Italy and this Packard bell lapi was among the stuffs. The problem with the laptop is that when u power it ON nothing happens on the screen part. The screen does not come up at all but the down part of the system works fine. Pls engineers in the house what could be the problem and how do I go about fixing it to avoid laptop repairers catching me mugu and scraping my head since I am a novice. Thanks

if u have a screwdriver,loosen d back of d laptop and take out d green looking chips,clean dem and replace dem try again...can also b a bad processor

i was told by some experienced guys around me here that it has VGA problem and that even if i repair it, the problem will most likely keep re-occurring.

i was already making plans to procure a new laptop when someone else told me that instead of repairing the VGA, i should change the screen entirely because the VGA is located in the screen. That as long as the new screen is actually "new", it will take quite sometime before it starts giving issues again.

How true is this, guys? which is the best possible solution and the cost?
