With the healthy eating, trust me..no matter how you eat. As long as you follow the rule of 50% vegetable. 50% carb and protein. You will never. I say never pile it back.

Besides the regime is more of how you feel inside and outside. Me, I'm not concerned about the weight, I'm concerned about how I feel. You sleep well. Twerk better cheesy

and you are so sure you won't be needing the doctors at old age.

Start now and I tell you after 3months then if you see some orishirishi you won't even look twice at that direction.

Only thighs, my biceps are numb! IF they could tell stories eh! I swear I almost swapped my weights for 1kg but I dey persevere sha. The colleague that recommended Jillian said the pain will pass, I don't know if I believe her sha sad
