I don't know if one should believe this, it's so unthinkable...but could that be a reason why Nzeogu and Obasanjo were such very good friends...installation of Awolowo?.

You started June 12 trouble with your Islamic Republic of Odua and was expecting Igbos to fight your wars; Ralph Obioha and Bobo Nwosisi were the only people around your AareOnakakanfo MKO Abiola when he declared himself president-elect. The arrogant and cowardly tribe couldn't even protect him from being whisked away like a common thief. He was eventually slaughtered like a salad ram. All your gragra in 1993 did not last 2 days...

grin Novice - are you now admitting the REAL betrayals are the Igbos? grin. You are not very smart are you? -Nnamdi Kanu must be very disappointed in you for exposing his propaganda. grin Now if you think June 12 was a Yoruba-Nigerian war then I am afraid Biafra is doomed before it starts with 'smart' guys like you. How many Yorubas took up arms in June 12? How many were killed in June 12? June 12 at worse was a political crisis that the Yorubas later used to accrue political capital - you see as dem they do am? Which political capital did you accrue from the civil war? Hmm?.

Now let me tell you about a REAL war - the civil war. Nna that was baaaaaad - real bad. Take the number of Yorubas that were killed during June 12 and multiply it by 1 million and you still have not scratched the surface of the number of casualties during the civil war. I know you will really like to live in a world were those two different numbers are comparable but its only a dream. Nnamdi Kanu says his goal is to destroy the 'zoological'( grin) Republic of Nigeria. He promised fire and brimstone but ZERO action - you know why? Because he is depending on ujo like you grin grin

The most wanted Nigerians for crimes in the USA are all Yorubas!

...they operate in other shores. Their activities are an embarrassment to all of us. They indulge in crimes for which all of us should flinch. Indeed, the United States Secret Service and narcotics agents have dubbed the

18 as some of the most wanted on their list. A manhunt is on to arrest 15 of them. Already, three others have been arrested by Interpol officers in Lagos.

•Adebowale Shekoni (40)
•Abiodun Bakare (37)
•Rilwan Ayatonde Soetan (50)
•Kenneth Eromosele Abulu (36)
•Olselcita Folayan (41)
•Musiliu Balogun (40)
•Mutiat Titilola Olubi (51)
•Ahiata Folashade Price (46)
•Monsuratu Omoniyi Griggs(43)
•Ayodele Soyan (51)
•Ahuama Benjamin Okey (50)
•Basiratu Mojisola Bakare-Giles (47)
•Adegboyega Olukunle Odedina (36)
•Alex Ahmed Ero (51)
•Seye Richard Osinoiki(46)

ARRESTED

•Steve Adedeji
•Apampa Olayinka
•Olugbemiga Adebisi (a.k.a.) George Banks

They are wanted for multi-million dollar bank frauds, identity theft, drug pushing and, in the case of one of them, the rape of an expectant mother.

I am sure you want to see the lists of the following:

1. Beheaded Nigerians worldwide
2. Caught armed robbers
3. Drug peddlers
4. Arrested fake drug sellers
5. Baby factory promoters
5. Child trafficking racket
6. Prostitution ring members
7. Kidnapping mafia

tell them, even biafra will divide in pieces....it will be like the ol africa, after gaining independence from the colonialits, start fighting each other for power........biafra will be a vacuum, eating up its own self....and believe me....the urhobos will try to snatch land away from biafra and other none-biafra tribes will try to get their portion from biafra too...because the borders are not clear.....i see endless wars...and the rest of nigeria will of course help them to destroy biafra....we have learnd from the colonialits,"divide and conquer".....i see no chance for biafra.........
You like talking nonsense at times!
Biafra is purely Igbo speaking.. and also interested tribes like the izon and Mmoño tribes.infact those groups are free to secede too if they wish..
I like that premise of unclear borders..kos the Biafran army regional commands at Agbor, Nsuka & Itigidi wouldn't treat any incursions lightly.(moreover you know igbos are eyeing the lands of the idoma and igala..so a war you start would be the factor needed to seize those lands). It may even be the causes belli to go to war with Nigeria, and you know how Nigeria fares when matched with an equal opponent cheesy
Lastly.. speak not based on emotions but on reality kos blind patriotism could drop your head in the basket! grin

Guy, I will only help you here because I see you are not familiar with Nigerian history. They NEVER planned to install Awolowo; that was the lie they sold to Ademoyega whom they needed, was the only Nigerian Army officer with training on Signals and Operations and he was Yoruba. He was also the last to be recruited. Without him, they would not have been able to coordinate the operations. If there was really a plan to install Awolowo, breaking him out of jail in Calabar would have been high on the priority list. We know that never happened.

Furthermore, on a later date after Ademoyega came across Ifeajuna, they got into a physical fight because he (Ademoyega) realized he had been taken for a f00l.

Don't tell me i'm not familiar with Nigerian History because you have a different version of what may've actually transpired at that time. I have my own version and the only things we can be sure of are where our sources state same things. Every other things are mere versions and one cannot be sure even if we were living at that time except we participated in the planning of the coup.

LMAO. The typical Igbo penchant for distorting history and starting stories from the middle.

I guess Nzeogwu who killed Ahmadu Bello was not Igbo? (Of course, just watch as he tells us he's not REAL Igbo).
Ifeajuna and Chris Anufuro who murdered Abubakar Balewa, Okotie Eboh, Maimalari, Ademulegun, Ademulegun's PREGNANT WIFE and Sodeinde were not Igbo.
Onwuatuegwu who murdered Akintola was not Igbo.

Mind you, these murders were committed at the dead of night as these men slept on their beds; completely unarmed (except for Akintola who saw it coming).
Those coupists came from the Niger delta..isn't it what they're called now?

Yes, i said i wasn't aware of that version neither was i aware of your version and like i said, i had my own version. I don't know what you mean by Biafran version that you deconstructed with facts i haven't seen. Ooooh, you mistook my not been aware of something to been a novice in Nigeria's history so tried feeding me with whatever you had been made to believe. Though i must state here that i may've known these points but have forgotten some of the facts over the DECADES as it had been as far back as my primary(elementary) school days.
Good thing is that i'm an open minded person and accepts only things i have no reason to doubt.
One thing i want to point out to you, where i think you or your source may've gotten it wrong is that the coup, just like the counter coup, wasn't successful in Eastern Nigeria. So any scoffield plans on a prison break for Awolowo couldn't have been possible from my point of view.
To help me put one and two together, can you tell me if Awolowo contested in the first elections that was rigged by the British in favour of Tafawa Balewa?. If so, what position was it exactly. An answer to that is pertinent in knowing what may've been the mind of the coup plotters.

you get it wrong when all you think about is war. We aren't talking about war and the topic of this thread is a court process. Achieving self determination isn't about war. Of the three countries Britain amalgamated, two has already split the most recent of which is Sudan. They didn't have to fight a war to achieve that bro.

Look, the only important part of your post is in bold. It is a pointer. The coup had NOTHING to do with Awolowo so I don't know why you keep trying to connect it to him. The only well known politician whom was proved to have knowledge and was directly connected to the coup was Nnamdi Azikiwe whom you should know was Ifeajuna's cousin, and whom of course could even be said to be partly responsible for Awolowo being jailed.
