I think CNBC is wrong. World Bank has over 24 Vice Presidents apart from the Managind Directors, Senior Vice Presidents and Executive Vice Presidents. Oby Ezekwesilli was a VP (Africa Region), while Aruma Otteh is now the VP (Treasurer). Both positions are Vice Presidents of WB.
