For those who don't know history, Ooni of Ife, Adelakun, Adelabu and Aare Musulumi of Ibadanland (Arisekola) sold the whole of South West to IBB and Abacha. They were all allies to the 2 generals, fortified them spiritually for stipends in returns.

Indirectly, you might not know the effects of their actions.

1. They backstab their kinsmen (MKO).
2. They impede Nigeria's development in democracy.
3. The impede Nigeria's development in technology e.g. Abiola was the Chairman of ITT (International Telecommunication something) and part of his manifesto was to bring global fleets of telecommunication to cushion the stress on NITEL.

I'm sure this man has questions to answer on his role during the war between Ife and Modakeke! His did nothing, was into gun running e.g. for those who don't know, modakeke war was like Huti and tutsi war we experience in the movie "sometimes in April", these were the dark days in memories of Modakeke. This is a man that should be charge for war crime. His yard was used for the most rigged election in Osun state. Imagine, OAU was not in session and PDP accorded 30,000 votes in OAU community with people from his palace as withness!

Who knows Akinola Saburi? Apart from his activism and issues with the management, this is the single guy that volunteer to testify against their claim.

Talk of human sacrifice nkor?

Note: I'm not a native of Modakeke and all those stuffs I wrote up their was not lies. I was opportune to live inside Modakeke community, did my research on the war, went to Ogunsua's palace for more factual findings, went to the site of impact on the 2 communities (Ondo Road, Akarabate 1, 2 and 3) compared with each other to establish if this is a clear case of genocide or war. I publish my research and got a D, nearly failed ofcourse.

Now we're grown up and the world need to know the truth!

This is a man that nearly wiped out a whole community because they are seeking their sovereignty!

You are gross and not being economical with the truth. Akarabata lane 1, 2 and 3 was completely razed in 1 night. That land area will be around 900sqm. You know it boarders with Ife towards lagera very close to 2 filling station, i'm sure you've been to the place so I can't be exaggerating.

Sometimes i wonder why dignitaries can't be treated here?

Its like imagining the mayor of casterbridge coming to naija for treatment.. #story for another day..

Fine... We don't have the facilities.. Can't the machineries and staff be brought down here?

Esp for dignitaries?.. Ww can't keep opening our yansh and exposing them to harsh weather, unverified professionals, core racists and all

what's the purpose of all this rant? Did you carry out a research that was meant to tarnish the image of the ooni of ife and was expecting an A grade
Most of your research was done at Ogunsua's palace. What did you expect them to say
I have Ife and Modakeke blood in me, studied at OAU around the time of the war and know how everything went down. And the that location is akarabata not akarabate, and you are wondering why you scored D.

We all would die.
No one knows where or when.

Death is however a debt we all owe.
The good or evil that every man/woman does would live after him or her.

I'm following this thread closely to read comments about this deified king of Ife in his lifetime.

P.S: KSA's hit track "Adimula mo seba" on repeat in my brain right now.

Thank you sir. Mantiger's conducted a research based on hearsay from just one side of the party involved.
Also, not many people know that the the war started from the farms and villages on the outskirt of ife.

Except for those who don't know him, we know whom Ooni Orisa is. Though powerful, and resolved some industrial and political dispute, a true Yoruba don't speak ill of the dead, especially a king.

On the other side, kings ain't supposed to die outside their territory.

This post got me thinking, you casually want human sacrifice to be reviewed but its sound you are for it in as much as its not you or someone you know that's being sacrificed.Am I right or its too early to think?

The ooni will not be missed, he never stood for the ideals of the Yoruba nation. he tagged along anywhere his intrest will be achieved and attained. The gun running during the modakeke-ife crisis was well documented couple with the active support to various PDP government causing havoc in Yoruba states and the country in general. the Yoruba nations need a worthy son on that sacred stool and not a greedy felon.

It's obvious, nobody does. Nobody talked about one of the famous atrocity he committed during the Military era in the 80's when he took IBB into Ile-ife inner shrine (the Palace inner room) and made him untouchable till he "Stepped aside"

Where is IBB and Ooni Sijuade today? Vanity upon vanity, ALL POWER belongs to God.
