Who would have thought we would still be reading these sort of stories after Buhari body language and integrity had blocked all the leakages and fixed everything?

Now that there are no GEJ or Deziani to blame for corruption or missing $20 billion, who do we blame for this developing story?

After series of propaganda, as soon as reality sets in, the truth will emerge.

You guys are not helping this country. We all know this was gonna happen, even worse if GEJ had emerged president, he told workers himself to prepare for hard times. Buhari is doing a great job restructuring our decayed systems, only a hater would not understand. You really don't appreciate how decayed our system was, with government officials stealing and diverting funds with so much audacity.

[size=18pt]Where is all the internal revenue going to?

This useless govt has since stopped paying all contractors working on major projects signed by the last administration. There has never been so many abandoned projects by the FG since this administration was sworn in.

And with no major project that this govt can take credit for, the question to ask is where is all the money going to?

To make matters worse, the 2015 budget that was duly approved and passed by the last Assembly is not being implemented and with no senate committee appointments because of the internal childish ego skirmishes in the National assembly instigated by that useless kleptomaniac thief, Tinubu, MDAs are operating without scrutiny.

Buhari's cronies are going from one MDA to another extorting money from Permsecs, Directors and CEOs in the name of probe and job security .

The old fool's first executive function was to order the presidential air fleet to fuel NGR 001 after which he returned to bailout his corrupt governors which by the way, they (governors) never even used the money to offset their wage debt.

Nothing is happening as the dullard of Duara assumes his long dreamt of kingly throne.

Nigerians made the biggest mistake in appointing this gerriatic fool who still exists on west Germany time.

Need we remind the wailers that Jonathan brought us to to the point of brink, and Nigeria would have totally collapsed shold he have won the last election. The present administration is doing its possible best to make generate more revenue and recover trillions from the god fathers and god mothers of people like the OP. At least this government have not borrowed to pay salaries. I also don't need to remind any Nigeria that in the history of Nigeria, many federal workers didnt even get their December salary, making them face a bleak Christmas.

Also December 2014 was the most horrible xmas for them..their salaries were not paid.. they didn't av money to spend for xmas and new year.. yet the PS of fed min of health is there and has not been sacked.. Buhari needs to visit the health sector so that they can receive sense!!!

Goodluck was never the problem! Ask your useless Southwest governors to account for their own share.

Today, we can see how koworpt the likes of Amaechi and Fashola are. Only Gpd knows how much money Aregberascal and his omo ole jati jati son Kamoru have stolen.

He has just stated the fact. You are the one who is being sentimental and hypocritical here. During GEJ a lot of federal MDAs were owed salaries for months and no explanation was given. Throughout the past administration tenure, was there any news like this about any process of revenue generation and salary payment ? The answer is No. Governance was done in secrecy and Nigeria was run by lawlessness and impunity. But now change is here. This is what we call accountability and transparency.

You are a bloody liar.

Goodluck paid on or before the 25th.

Only on two occasions were salaries delayed and it was due to a technical glitch in the IPPIS platform.

Stop lying.

If you contine to spread this false hood on GEJ then so shall you be owed what is due to you.

The FG can easily pay salaries without recourse to oil sales.

Salaries are paid in Naira and the total FG wage bill can easily be realized from internal tax and other revenue sources.

Stating that they can't pay because of oil is a big lie.

The FG depends on oil to fund their capital project, maintain a balance trade account known as the external reserves which is maintained in USD and also to finance the local forex demand of importers.

Anybody telling you that FG can not pay salaries is a liar.

Tariffs from port duties, duties on alchohol, tobacco, VAT and some other govt revenue sources can easily meet payment of salaries and local debts.

The APC is full of wicked austerity players as can be seen in what they perfected in the Southwest.

Nice argument.

But why did the Jonathan government borrow billions to pay salaries and fund the 2015 budget?

http://www.premiumtimesng.com/business/182543-nigerian-govt-borrowing-billions-to-pay-salaries-okonjo-iweala.html

Excerpts:

In the face of dwindling oil revenues, Minister of Finance, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, said the Federal Government has borrowed about N473billion to pay salaries and fund the 2015 budget.
