Well, how does that chnge the fact that when it comes to discussing the security affairs of this nation, there will be no SS/SEner there?
How does this change the fact that asides the DSP which was clearly providence and has largely remained so, other positions of significance has been taken over by the you-know-whoscheesy

Well, we're not complaining.
The contract terms of this marriage called Nigeria must be re-visited, or else....Pharaoh will have no choice than let the Lord's people gotongue

u r not complaining but only wailing. u r just being too economical with the truth. u yeebos always say u r not represented in these new appointments but this pinshur says it all and exposes ur lies.

Very logical reasoning mostly on your last paragraph.

If we've had strong institutions such compulsory leave wouldn't have been effective.

Exactly!
Yet folks are busy applauding such.

Institutions are not half as important as putting the right systems in place, and of course, upholding the principle of best practices in established institutions.

Dafuq?

Marilyn was spokesperson of the DSS and not an agent. She is the face of the DSS so please explain how she came by evidence? She could not even be part any investigative team.

She just allowed herself to be used and since her bosses left, she had to follow them

I love this, but you know what, the madam sef will not be wailing like the e-rats here cos she would have made enough dough for herself, I just wonder why some folks are taking panadol for an headache that does not exist anywhere.

Marilyn Ogar is the perfect example of "Don't let the devil use you"
And for those that will come here to type crap about how this us vengeance, ask yourself if in the last one year Marilyn has acted professionally or decided to be used as a political tool to hunt down members of the political opponents of the last administration
Sometimes your reasoning amazes me.

and the Jonathan administration put those right systems in place abi? the kind of things you guys are demanding from the PMB administration were the same things we also demanded from the Jonathan administration but you guys felt it was not important then cos everything Jona was doing was right abi? now that the tables have turned, you guys are quick to remember we now need strong institutions.

You guys are beginning to sound like comedians I must confess grin

I remember we also begged you guys to forgive Buhari of his past sins before the elections but you guys said no.

He who cannot show mercy does not deserve any bro and as for punishing with votes, you have done that already so we expect no mercy from you and pls don't expect any from us either.

Yet goats like chukwudi44 and freeglobe will stubbornly lament 'Saraki is Fulani' at me time and again.
Am I the one who composed the list above?
Isn't it obvious that is a northerner must have composed that list to counter the south's uproar concerning Buhari's lopsided appointments?

Buhari is setting a bad precedent angry

So he should retain Marilyn Ogar to continue her PDP clandestine activity in such an important national organization?

I think retirement is just too generous for her unprofessional conduct. She should be dismissed with ignominy.

The press briefing she granted was in the defense of the organization, and if you think she broke any law, why not take her court? ...

Like I said, this is a bad precedent because whenever their a change of administration(political party), the new administration will always witch-hunt those that worked with last administration who didn't support them, and whenever anybody dare to complain, they will always cite this incident as a point of reference.

Anyway it's none of my business and like they always say, Kama is watching..

This is why I implore people in sensitive positions of government, no matter where or how to show some level of professionalism, even if they must be partisan, because truth be told, politics can be quite the dicey game, and if you must must take sides (especially when you're not an ordinary citizen), you should do so with tact, bearing in mind that anything can happen.

On the flipside, what if Marilyn actually saw all that she alleged, but just couldn't prosecute as a result of Naija's brand of politics?
Wise words comin from u because i see no reason why a government agency should glaring take sides in political isssues
