The OP is a typical Yoruba man, i'd be very surprise if he wasn't. Here is a comment he made sometime ago.

Forget about the white man, the white man left many decades ago and he's never coming back. A typical Yoruba man is treacherous, bitter and envious, it is sad but true.
What does him being a yoruba man has to do with anything, you people need to seriously grow up

I was recently employed in a farm as an assistant manager. I studied animal production and health. The manager studied political science. Since the resumption at the farm, I direct all activities ranging from feed formulation in the feedmill, animal treatments and handling, biosecurity measure, arable farming etc. The management hold meetings with me alone concerning farm reports, feed managements, sales and anything that concerns the farm's progress. They specifically hired me 'cause animal farming is my field. Note that I'm an expert in animal production and health, agronomy, and agricultural economics. So, I see myself as the manager, cause the only thing the manager does is withdrawing money in the banks to procure farm inputs as a result of decisions reached by me and the management. The manager is using official car, but I'm using nothing. I have no problem with him using the car, but I see it as an insult on my person. Should I protest?
the fact that his the manager and not you means there is something he has that you dont have. You are been paid for your expertise, so shut up, you not the owner of the establishment, besides many things determines ones position other than expertise, there is experience, years of service, familiarity with the working environment, budget management, managerial skills etc. I could just go on, its what you read in school, did you read management in school?, judging by what you study, youll do well as an agro-consultant, cause thats exactly what you are doing, your decision and expertise is respected. Obviously not your managerial skills "atleast yet".

Theres a reason why he is the manager,Find out.The fact that you are not and feel you are more qualified doesnt mean you ought to get it or deserve it.

Attitude is evertything .

most of u guys getting worked up over my statement, pls remember I only expressed a personal opinion based on my experiences.
I admit that my opinion might be somewhat biased and akin to stereotyping. But it is still my personal experiences. Don't crucify me for it. I am not saying that all Yoruba behave that way. But everyone I ever experienced behaving that way (I even have current experiences) are all Yoruba.

Make Una no vex. I only shared my personal experience

I am in support of what you said my friend, everyone i have known with a disloyal tendency turns out to be Yorubas. I'm a business man who deals with customs often, i have interacted with many custom officers but i have never seen any as treacherous as the Yorubas. You cut a deal with a team and the Yoruba man goes behind his team to ask you for his personal deal, mostly to outwit his colleagues and get some extra money. It is funny but i always cut the deal with the Yoruba man cos it benefits me but i can never trust or work with a Yoruba man.

Call me a tribalist all you want but the truth still stands. A typical Yoruba man at his work place is not loyal, he's greedy, envious, hate filled and treacherous.

It does a lot. It goes to teach other unsuspecting people working with Yorubas that a Yoruba man cannot be trusted at the workplace. Before you know it, this Yoruba man will start visiting all kind of shrines in order to get his boss sacked and him promoted to his boss's office. If you're working with a Yoruba man right now, it will benefit you if you take my warning seriously because i have loads of experience to share with you.

To settle this ...ask the OP if he is a Yoruba or go to his post history and research ...if he is a Yoruba then it is likely what you guys are saying might be true to some extent based on what people say and I hear every time but first step is ask the OP his tribe

That is if he is confident to say it

But the OP is just plainly stupid and idiotic for thinking of this

He who doesn't know where the burial is taken place when asked to exhume he starts from the leg

This proverb is for the childish OP

Nah Igbo people work hard to get to whatever position they attain. An Igbo man will never snitch, back-stab, jealous or hate his superior at the work place. The OP is a typical Yoruba man with the propensity to hate, envy and snitch on his boss and co-workers in his place of work.

Just like your brother the wannabe manager, you think its your God-given right to walk into a place and "dominate" without paying your dues.

That's why your people never amount to much in the larger scheme of things.

Sorry to say...

Actually, the OP is a treacherous Yoruba man. Igbos don't dominate the place, they work hard and rise through the rank to whatever position they attain. That's the bitter truth, moreover, Igbos hardly like to work for someone.

Sir, Yorubas don't teach their children loyalty. They're after their stomach first, then loyalty comes a distant last. The worse is that they see treachery as an act of being smart which makes it even more sickening. When you look at Yoruba history from Afonja, Awolowo, Akintola, to the recent times, Tinubu, Obasanjo and FFK, you'll see a parallel with Yorubas and their treacherous tendency. A Yoruba man's loyalty cannot be assured, you can take that to the bank.

Abeg make i go relax.

Sir, the loyal ones are a fraction of their population, merely significant. When i was younger, i almost got the beating of my life because my Yoruba friend who started a fight ran away from battle and left me there with a group of boys. As a young man, you don't know how demoralized i felt when i saw my friend who i was supposedly fighting for racing to safety leaving me behind to clean his mess.

Surprisingly, i did not see it as a tribal thing then because i was too young to understand. It was when i grew older that i started seeing the truth about Yoruba treachery. The funny thing is, when i asked him why he ran away from his own fight, he said "i go call boys" but i did not see him with any boys when i came back. If i had died there, trust him to be the one to tell stories of how "WE" fought together and how i was his best friend ever.

You just got the job and you already see yourself as bigger than your boss?

So you mean your boss is clueless and knows nothing about the job yet he sits at the top?

People like you just die suddenly and people won't know why

If the manager gets to see this or someone tells him about your arrogance he will deal with you and I'll be happy
