I bought freelancer level 1 exam via their credit shop and 1000 credit was deducted from my reward. The challenge I have now is that each time I want to take the exam, the system will notify me that $5 will be deducted from my credit card.
Please, how do I use the 1000 credit deducted from my reward to take the exam?

Once you have done it once and it's been approved... Na to dey collect your money without problem (identity verification that includes Id card, bank statement etc.)

First activate the reward before you can use it, go to reward page and activate it.

You'd have to activate it first from the reward Inventory, else you would still be seeing $5 instead of FREE. Its quite simple, just go to MY REWARDS, and then click on REWARDS, you would see it hanging there on the right hand side of the screen, click on it and you would see ACTIVATE. Do your thing then...

I have activated the reward by subscribing to the 30 days plus membership trial. Freelancer even collected the debit on my account.

Oh dear! What in God's name did you do? The 30 day trial has nothing to do with activating an exam pass you bought with your coins

My brother, it was clearly stated on my reward page to either upgrade membership or sign up for the 30 day trial in order to activate my reward. I decided to opt for the 30-day trial.

After the freelancer submitted the write-up, i noticed that not only was the freelancer's write-up inconsistent; there were so many grammatical errors in the write-up. I pointed out all those mistakes to him, one hour before the deadline but he refused to do so. His complains: that his job was not to make the ideas coherent because i asked him to rewrite an article ( which has some incoherent ideas). I pleaded with him, yet he remained intractable.. Actually, in my project description, i asked him to rewrite the article and to add some little details in order to add more flair to the write-up. This freelancer was giving me so many unprofessional excuses of no power and all that. PLEASE I NEED YOUR ADVICE. You may have to report to the support team and show them what transpired.

Article re-writing shouldn't come with such errors considering the fact that the re-writer would make corrections where necessary.

I didn't chat with anyone. Upon activation of my card, i didn't know what I filled to enjoy the privilege. I still don't know if it's freelancer doing it or payoneer but i guess the latter. I was still thinking of going to the bank to withdraw when I was notified that I'll be informed when the bank transfer has been carried out and to my surprise, my bank alerted me. As a result of this, I've never used my card for withdrawal.

I made use of it early this year when it was introduced.

What if I tell you guys I know how to get this kinda favor eripecs is getting too? Its just there looking at you and you are looking at it...I have a pending withdrawal I filled out through that means, just waiting for it to hit my naija account so as to confirm it.
For those of you who are saying you've used it once, try it again its still there...
