until the matter reach court, icpc, EFCC, na media trial.

If they like make them petition for the removal of Ameachi, it Won't affect the minister nominee from my state. grin

I love most of the comments I have read so far but I wish those commenting are all resident in PH... alot of things went wrong during 2nd Tenure of Amechi even though there is no Saint in governance. Mind you I am not a supporter of Wike nor against Amechi.

We the people, donated amaechi and sylva to buhari to start with,

But he refused.

We knew what happened in rivers state. No body can deceive us.

Buhari wants his minister to be dragged to court everyday? We are watching DSS, efcc and icpc closely.

We shall soon pass a vote of no confidence on them and do it the people's way.

Do you think Attorney General is there for fun?
Ministry of Justice through the Office of Attorney General, Police, EFCC and ICPC can all prosecute financial crimes or frauds.
Do you know that the hyped EFCC and ICPC are just replicate of a department in Nigerian Police ( called Special Anti-Fraud Unit)?

but why was it that gej was able to deal with sule lamido that sule lamido could not obtain presidential ticket under the platform of pdp? if there were things that gej could use to prosecute amaechi i believe he would have done it. no wonder patience jona tried all her best to bring him(amaechi) down yet he was one man ballion man standing tall. all these counter allegations and witch hunt against him shall not stand.

I think buhari purposely set a trap for amaechi. He knows he cant just abandon amaechi
After all the change struggle, so the best thing to do was to put him where he knew he would be countered and pronounced unfit to assume the position.

The tone of the chairman is one of a biased mind. Such a person no matter how learned can never be objective with a report such as this. Am not a rivers person but there's something I know of Amechi, he is never a reckless person.

Lol...So the Judicial Commission suddenly remembered it has a report a day after ameachi was nominated...
That thug that calls himself a governor never cease to amaze me.
The other day his spokesman said they are not concerned if becomes a minister or not n today the report suddenly decided to emerge the day after his nomination.. Who is fooling who.
The thug governor is just trying to save his head..
Very soon the tribunal wld ask him to vacate his seat.
The blood of 100s those that died becos of his selfish ambition wld not let him have peace of mind.

These APC guys are not even bothered about the merit of the case, as far as they are concerned amaechi is innocent.
Defending monumental corruption, while accusing maduekwe without any possible evidence.
