The banks were doing it. Form A was not only used for school fees payment . It was also used for other kind of transactions like payment for goods or individuals you did business with. But now I think the system is very tight. It is not easy to pay even school fees presently with form A come to talk of application fees. I will say he/she should inquire at the bank, especially union bank. That is where I did mine.

Also to the guy paying. When you get to the bank maybe union make sure you separate the uniassist.ev IBAN to ACC, BIC and branch name. That is what I know they can work with. Or else they will turn you down.

Hi....you can't pay for Uni assist with a form A. It doesn't meet the requirements for making payments via form A. I know this cos I work in a bank. What u can do is look for someone in Germany dat can help u make the payment then u credit the persons naira account, or do a direct FCR transfer from a euro domiciliary account.

Congrats bro ..I tried replying bbut it's bouncing back..the school and the city is good ..there is job if u can speak German but if u can't speak there is also a job people do outside the city but the pay is not much..if u r going to study chemical and energy engineering. .u won't have time to work for ist semester and second semester cos of the compulsory courses u must pass which is very tasking....but dnt worry u will surely get work outside the city especially in Berlin cos it's very close..plss apply for studentenwerk accommodation now cos it's not easy to get ..apply early now ..bis bald ..

my state is badernwürtenberg and my city is konstanz.

I got an email from HWTG Konstanz that they hv sent me my admission latter Bt till today I haven't gotten the latter.
I just hv 2 month for evryting,block accnt,visa etc.
pls wat should I do?

If anyone is considering coming to Frankfurt or its environs, I might be willing to help d best way I can.

We need Nigerian students here badly as it can get really lonely without ur people around


Also I was in a seminar like two weeks ago wia d president (vc) of d uni in fulda was in attendance and he said all those who will apply to dia MSc engineering courses will be admitted as dey av many spaces with few applicants. But d downside is DAT all dia courses are in German. So if u can speak and write in German, u myt consider the school.

Finally as for paying for uni - assist, I can be of assistance but u will av to pay more due to d bank charges involved in withdrawing in Germany with a Naija ATM card. Have a friend who still has functional Naija ATM and I myt b able to convince him to help.

I'm asking cos I found out from about 3 seperate banks including union bank, that a Form A requires an admission letter from the school at least, so it would be interesting to learn that this could be done at least for the benefit of those yet to pay. Alles Gute.

Then I have to accept your stance cos you've heard from the banks themselves. So your best bet is to contact your friends here in Germany already, they'll help you out. But if u feel u got no one, I could be of help. At no extra cost, just for the euro equivalent you need to send. Have fun

Aachen, North Rhine Westphalia, is a good enough place with many other good cities around. For FH Aachen, you can assess the quality of the course in CHE/Daad rankings.. Just check the status of your course in comparison with other Hochschules that offer similar courses in Germany.

And who Says he can't pay Uni-assist with form A ?? Majority of banks knows form A for schooling. In our Deutsch bank account case, it's called "Invincible Form A transaction". This is because the cash is going into our personal account and not the school's account.

I know for Sure about Union Bank at Marina and Zenith Bank HQ at VI. Moreso, Uni-assist is more or less like an educational Instituion so the cash will go in smoothly. He can make the transaction via "Invincible Form A, Dorm Account or better still using someone in Germany"

Well... I don't know about all other states. I only know of Berlin. But on this thread, we've seen exceptional cases of visa being granted as quick as 9 days after interview, so you just have to be positive.
