Oh! Lamentation of a biafran
Stolen:
[size=13pt]No court ever charged Buhari for Dog and Baboon threat that led to the murder of thousands of Nigerians after he lost the 2011 election.

No court ever charged the Oba of lagos for openly threatening igbos with murder and dumping them in Lagoo if they dont vote APC.

The list are endless.

Well the agitation for Biafra is right and not against the law of any land. Biafra has protested in 102 countries so far plus Abuja Nigeria. It's simple a step in affirmation of right for self determination as enshrined in the United Nation charter. The new resolve for Biafra is total escalated by Buhari style of divide and rule system. GEJ in his wisdom ignore Nnamdi Kanu and went ahead to try to balance the heterogeneous country like Nigeria by holding a sovereign national conference which was successful. But Buhari in his military mentality and with the support of some Yorubas threw this report and implementation to the dust bin. Buhari appointment awakened the consciousness of most southerners that this is not one Nigeria. The feeling and resolved to get out of a country u are not considered in d the scheme of things became unquenchable for many in the south. It is no longer about oil. A lot people 'will say take the oil and give me Biafra' because Biafra now stands for freedom.... A sense of belonging. If a person want something u want to tell him to come to Abuja or Lagos something that can be gotten at his own backyard. Some government strategic jobs and portfolio are reserved for a particular section of country. Call a security meeting of the Nigerian nation today and u will see how the southeast are totally excluded from the army, Navy, airforce, SSS, police, common civil defense, etc. In the helm of affairs of the National oil for where? Where do u see Ibo people. This was d order of things in during the military rule. With the way things are right a Nigerian of Igbo extraction can never win an election in Nigeria nation meaning that an Igbo can never become President. What a way to isolate a people using a powerful orchestrated techniques of voters figure. Now in democracy GEJ tried to balance some of these injustice during his administration but Buhari government just turned a sleeping dog upside down in a democracy not considering the complexities of d Nigerian state. The quest for Biafra is seen as the only way out by its people both small and might... The youth and old. Those close to government circle like governors and ezes or the Ohanezes will never support Biafra in the public but d truth truth be told they are Biafra at heart and secretly. The Hausa Fulani will fight to kill... The Yorubas will hate and aid the Northerners.... Army will kill.... Police will maim.... Nnamdi Kanu may be killed.... Many may as well die... But d soul of Biafra will never die again. There is no going back. The fight for freedom will take a lot of struggle but not long for Biafra to come. It will happen like a dream to even the Biafrans. All hail Biafra!

NgeneUkwenu:
The State Security Services (SSS) has asked a magistrates court to discontinue the hearing of the case against the director of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.

At the hearing today, November 23, the prosecuting counsel said since the arraignment of the defendant, facts have emerged which would necessitate for the case to be taken out of the jurisdiction of the magistrates court. He asked the court for the permission to take the matter to another court.

He also said that “coupled with the fact that the accused person has been unable to perfect his bail… the complainant is expeditiously apply for the arraignment of the accused in the appropriate court”.

But one of the defending counsels, V. E Obeta told the court that the team of the defendant has been aligned and all discord settled. He said he and his team are appearing on the orders of the defendant.

Another defending counsel M. U Ibekwo said: “There is no way that they can be in pretense of violating the orders of the court.”

He said the SSS could not pick someone from Lagos, transport him to Abuja and violate the court and then suddenly stumble on new facts that would mandate that the case be transferred to a competent court of law. He argued that under the law, the SSS has no right to hold Kanu in their facility.

“But my Lord, today we noticed that the defendant was brought from the SSS custody instead of a prison facility as stipulated in the law,” Ibekwo said.

He said an ex-partie order by the SSS violated the proceedings and orders of the court.

“My lordship, there is no appeal against any of the orders that have been issued by this court whatsoever,” he said.

He prayed the court not to allow the discontinuance of the matter until compliance is made with the orders of the court.

In his arguments, the prosecuting counsel said that the prosecution did not need an instruction from the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) to discontinue a case.

The accused stood throughout the proceeding without making any comment.

But the magistrate, Shuaibu Usman showed his dissatisfaction in the time taken by the case especially with the verification of the surety and property for bail.

The prosecuting counsel said the SSS has verified that the said surety works with the Ministry of Environment but that there are other matters arising.

The chief magistrate, Usman adjourned the matter to Tuesday, December 1, for ruling on the application to discontinue the case.

Meanwhile, there was heavy security pretense when Kanu appeared in court as supporters tried to touch and get close to him. The security operatives mostly armed search asked anyone who tried to enter the court for identification.

Before Ojukwu died, he said that biafra can be achieved in the mind not physically meaning he bowed to sovereignity of our dear nation. your protests would have been justified had you change the theme to challenges facing the south east. Let me ask these questions. What is your master plan for the proposed country?what do you have to say about niger delta ethnic nationalities who recently denounce biafra?does secession means a path to true governance taking south sudan from sudan and pakistan from india as a case study?will Nnamdi Kanu and other biafra leaders fight and commit suicide after being defeated unlike Ojukwu who couldn't act in Hitler way after the defeat by the allies in world war 2? why the tribal bashings because of your ambition despite the fact that no ethnic groups or civil societies outside your proposed domian has come out openly to condemn your ambition? Biafra is by selfish people, to the selfish people and for the selfish people .Though our 1914 amalgamation is unholy but whoever wants to divorce has the spirit of hatred and self centeredness because a couple that forcefully marry for over hundred years ought to have binded love like a glue in the stamp.
