The surveyor has been here since the past two days, flagging beacons, marking it so the bulldozer does not break the beacons...........

Hello Jessam, the bulldozer takes N80k per day, but this excludes all other expenses like their gas for working, (150 liters a each day), cost of the low bed, cost of security to guard the bulldozer each night, surveyors fees, etc.

I know your farm and I will come along and talk with you soon, you guys have been the reason why the area developed to what it is now, I am only coming to add to what you have been doing. Thank you.

We only filled the stream so the bulldozer can cross, we shall open it again as it leaves. Thanks.

I could not join the bulldozing team today because of other obligations but I understand they have opened all the roads, connecting this land to the other village where development is nearer. We can now get light easier, plus being closer to other people living at that side.

The next step now is that I will move for sand, a lot of sand, enough sand to start a sand war

I intend to start molding blocks on this land if I can get a well dug to collect water, then we start the fencing of this land, then we build the estate offices and take full possession of this property.

Although I have some cash to work with now, it will be important if everyone cooperated with us and send their fencing funds to me now that I am about to start the fencing. It will be bad if after we have done the much we can with the funds available to us, and left the site, some people will start to pay for the same fencing. I may need to list out all the plot numbers whom I have not got their fencing/nri ani payments. Please help us to serve you better. Thanks.

You are all invited to come in now from time to time to see how we are treating your lands, especially now the roads are created, you can even view your land easier now, that when the grasses start to grow again. I am working on building two metal signposts with TIGERKENN HOMES LTD written boldly on it and placing at strategic points so people can get here easily.

Here I am, joining as a First Year student in the 'University of Building Construction Made Easy' where Dr. Spyder888 VC and Director, Practical Operations has over years been dymistifying the myths that building construction in Nigeria is only for the rich. Dr, kindly assign me into 'most beginners' Class. Student's Representative Fhemmmy, and Associate Lecturer Brabus, Ihebrooke etc abeg make una dey take care of junior students ooh.

Well done Spyder, you're threads are inspiring new generation of guys working their ass off yet thinking that the possibilities of owning a quality houses or indeed mansions' in Naij are virtually non existent even though their salary out here are on average equivalent to a million or more naira per month. The fear of starting a project is further excerbated by the many negative stories from colleagues who ventured to but ceases halfway due to disappointments from relations or Shylock contractors often entrusted with such projects. Again, scanning through houses for sale in major Nigeria cities, you will find that some advertised selling price of quality buildings on sale in Naij often run into hundreds of millions and in some cases billions. You rarely see good houses for 5,10,15million naira etc in these cities. Indeed guys are no longer afraid of quoting 100millon, 500million, a billion naira for houses as if they are talking of Somalia currency.

When some of us are here in Europe struggling to pay unending bills, student loans etc, how dare we dream of owning a quality home in Naij when chance of winning Euromillion lottery is around 1 in 575,000,000.

But Spyder! O'boy, you, and bunch of guys and offcourse ladies out there in nairaland through the info on property threads have dymistified house constructions in Naij. I am gearing up to join the bandwagon of mansion owners soon. With the info I have through you guys I now know I can dream. I now know I can own a mansion in Naij without winning Euromillion.

You guys didn't know the impact the info you disseminated here has on people psyche, especially those of us struggling to survive abroad. I can only say thank you.
I am happy that you guys are willing, and determined to continue sharing the info, facilitating, helping, and encouraging the masses even as it's a now career opened. Spyder on brov! as I get seated to continue learning.

Yesterday, I paid off the farmers who had crops on this land, they should all vacate so we are sure I have exclusive use of this land, no interference from anybody as we work. There are issues about the new road we bulldozed, some people want to be settled as they feel the road passed on their land, we have scheduled a meeting to resolve this on Wednesday, meanwhile we will start to supply sand from this morning.

Our target here is to deliver 20 trips of sharp sand on this land, 5 down, more supplies coming in..........
