Hmm. It is sad to say that abnormal act is now becoming a normal and frequent occurrence nowadays so to say. My advice is that you should be resolute not to give in so that you will not be counted as one of the numbers of his victims afterall your stay there is for awhile. Meanwhile, you need to device strategies to handle and surmount this kind of frequent development henceforth because "out there" is full of wicked people. Surely end time is nearer than one could imagine.

Nothing can be done. The man will most likely get his way or have her fired. It's happened to many pple. I had a friend who left her job because her boss was bothering her and she didn't want to sleep with the man... He didn't fire her yet but she resigned before it got too unbearable. The solution lies in this lady's hand... She can either succumb to the pressure and have all the perks/benefits of sleeping with her boss or simply leave the job/take what ever blows that are thrown at her.

This is not a fabricated story at all.

This is a true life story and someone is in a very tight situation and your comments, opinions and suggestion is highly welcomed.

A friend of mine started a 6 month I.T with a major company in lagos 3 months ago.

The company is one of the big fish in the country, I won't be wrong if I rate them as 'Big 3' in this country.

Everything was going quite fine for her until last week, friday to be precise when the unthinkable happened.

A boss in another department asked her to do something for him in which she did, she was later summoned by him to his office and the drama started.

He closed the door and came so close to her asking her to go out with him. Mind you, the boss is in his early 50.

After saying no to his request, he tried using a blank cheque and money to entice her.

When all these didn't work, he tried using force on her, his Manhood was already up and ready for some action.

He started touching her, struggling so hard with her, and it was almost leading to rape

As soon as she noticed there was nothing she could do at that moment since he was stronger, she request that they should go out and not do such in the office. The boss agreed and opened the door and told her to wait at d car park for his driver.

She just ran out of the office and went to somewhere he can't find her that day.

The boss later came to her office looking for her and told everyone he wants to send her on an errand.

After ignoring his calls, she got back to d office to hear d report of the boss looking for her...

Just got report that he has also been to her office this morning to look for her and he has called also.

Married man for that matter! What is happening to guys these days?

Ladies are suffering sha

What do you think is the best thing to do in this situation?

Please I need your suggestion.

wish i have a sexy female boss to do this to me....oh i wish.

Something can be done:
- as others have advised, she can get evidence to protect herself
- as you yourself have stated, she can choose to leave the firm

this kind of evil thrives in the dark. If you want to free yourself, expose it and be free. Save evidence via chats and text messages, download a call recorder app and record your conversations with him. Report to the police, the HR person, anybody you trust. Free yourself

Exactly. She should not keep it secret at all. She should report immediately to a responsible person higher up than her boss.

She would need to set him up, some recording device and all. She needs to make reference to the fact that he almost molested her and she would need him to admit to it on record. She could use her phone to record or someone could call her and record what is going on in the background.

Hopefully her friends (that is you and other male friends) will be somewhere around to spring on him.

It will be in her interest to report to HR outlining what she wants that is termination and prosecution that s the company should back her up if need be. Failure of the company to take any steps (she will have to keep all evidences of this process too) means she could also sue the company for large sums of money tongue and the man tongue

Please advice her to prosecute the man before he rapes another woman or girl cry

Remember tomorrow it could be your sister or daughter. Would she or would you advise them to leave their careers because of a criminal that could face justice?

Why can't you just bargain with her and play smart. Use him. Get a recorded phone discussion and/or video of him trying to molest you. Then ask him for a long term contract or permanent position in the company in exchange for not exposing him.
