why call on Kachikwu to resign and not the minister of petroleum.. APC are really confused

What they are saying is respect Nigerian, a leader respect his subjects, don't talk carelessly.

Some Nigerians like their leaders to be lying to them and given them fake hope, that is why Nigeria is poo, in other part of the world, the politicians tell the masses the truth, if something go wrong they will tell the masses how many months it will take to fix it. You guys are used to lying and liars giving you fake hope, why people continue suffering, Sacking Kachukwu will not solve the problem because he told Nigerians the true situation of things, resignation of Barth Nnaji then, did bring any improvement in the power sector

What is your point, they call him to other, he talk carelessly actually it's should be internal. But let him respect we Nigeria, mind the way he speaks.

Just imagine the thing called APC!!! Kachikwu and Buhari must go! Why are all of them fearing Buhari cos they all have skeletals in their closets and don't want buhari Efcc and dss giving them media trials? All they are man enough to do is to cry and curse Buhari in their bedrooms at night.

Issue is that the south west has herd mentality as far as Fulani is here.

Fulani is always the shepherd, people of the southwest are the herds.

Remember that southwest people blamed Jonathan for any insufficiency like this when Jonathan was president.

South west formed APC with northern Nigeria led by Fulani.

They allowed an aged Buhari with questionable intellect become petroleum minister.

Now petroleum scarcely, southwest Tinubu poured venom on Kachikwu for saying it as it was. Buhari is the petroleum minister to be blamed, Kachikwu cannot do miracles.

Out of the now 11months rulership of Buhari/APC government, we've had fuel scarcity for well over 9months. It has never been this bad!!! Yesterday, buyers of petroleum product in a fuel station near my area almost fought and killed themselves just to buy the product. How did we get here? The APC supporters used their shallow minds and delved us into this mess.

Me tribalistic?? Are you sure you know the meaning of the word (not that it exists) at all?? How am I being tribalistic supporting someone with whom I share no tribal connections

90% of the comments made here by the so called opposition bear tribal undertone and are inspired by ethnoreligious bigotry, yet, mine and Pentium's are those you find "tribal". Really racking my head here to see the logic in your comment sista.

By the way, how does insulting the president or anyone who supports him fix the situation?? These same people throwing tantrums here were those that staunchly opposed Kachikwu when he was appointed- now they are behind him because "APC thinks otherwise". That is opposition according to them: stand against EVERY POSITION taken by the government regardless of their merit!

My dear, trust me, I know better.

By the way, I think your soul needs that salvation more.

Are you saying that a Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is meant to serve only APC members or what?

Every concerned Nigerian has the right to talk about any pending issue in Nigeria.

Kachikwu is a double speaker... That is a problem. Leaders at his level must take a position and maintain that position.

He says one thing today, tomorrow he will recant and deny saying such. That is pathetic.

While the call for his resignation seems driven by ethnic politics, he need to focus on his job more than just listening to himself speak.

They say when a man feels he knows more than everyone else he becomes the fool at the village square.

it pays to be logical in remarks we make on a public forum. It's so preposterous that omenka who claims not to be a tribalist has slowly joined the ever increasing number of bigots we have on this forum. And don't bore me with words on how a particular tribe isn't playing opposition to your taste.
News broke that the APC advised kachikwu to resign and all you could do was to be in conformity with Pentiumpro's callous position on the subject matter. Doesn't that make a jest of the image you'd portrayed yourself initially? It's high time you left this tribalism thing for kids on here. see your life, kachikwu said the truth, it is left for Nigerians to adjust, unless you want people like liar Mohammed to keep giving you false hope, in few days time, they denied what they say, sit tight and pray he resolves it sooner, else join the bandwagon who love to believe lies from APC as long as it makes them feel better.

I wonder why Nigeria is so blessed with "educated illiterates" like you?

If at your age (I take it that you are not under 10yrs of age), you dont know the difference between a "SUPERVISING MINISTER" (which the President doubles as) ...... and an "EXECUTIVE MINISTER" (which is Kachukwu), shows that a lot of money has been wasted educating you.

Buhari as President and Supervising Minister is to enable whoever is the Petroleum Minister-substantive, achieve whatever project/vision he has for the Ministry, without the bottle-neck of bureaucracy at having the "President's ears".

If you were born by then, let me recall a similar situation in the late 80's when Comm. Aihomu was the Vice President under Buhari and doubled as the defacto Minister for Football such that the Coach of the National Team back then, Clemens Westerhof could easily walk up to him and demand DIRECTLY (with immediate attention and results), what his team (The Super Eagles) needed, to succeed!
Needless to say, Nigeria reached the World Cup under such circumstances, for the first time.

But does that exonerate the Coach, Clemens Westerhof, if he still fails in his responsibility, despite such "support" from the highest level?
Absolutely "No"!

So, asking President Buhari to resign or "taking him out" on such level is utterly foolish and shows that most of you despite being #Wailers, are glorified illiterates who dont know your left from your right.

I will suggest people like you study properly first, to Pass Jamb first, instead of making a nuisance on Social Media.

I think APC's call for Kachikwu's sack is predicated on some other factors but my main concern here is, why is it the minister of petroleum (state) head that is being called for while we have a substantive minister of petroleum
