The main complaint is marginalization. This is because most Igbos choose to do business and not consolidate political power. Instead of agitating for a separate country, more Igbos should learn and play the political game, be united, and use their business strength to gain more political power at the center. Then there would be much less marginalization.

For those outside "core Igbo" areas who are also supporting Biafra: be wise. It is when you want to run for president or senate of Biafra you would hear words like "delta Igbo", "western Igbo", "not original Igbo", "our brothers across the Niger".
