Grew up dreaming about it. Was blessed to finally get admitted to study it in d university.

My dad was doing the same job and he was my hero, so naturally I became interested in what he was doing and many years later i thank God i chose that part.

Jamb determined mine. When my choice is not available, I opt for the available choice. I'm fulfilled now because its skill acquired profession.

believe you me, majority of Nigerians are today in various disciplines because of unemployment. I'm a victim of same but I'm deadly in love with my profession now...cos it's still closely related to what I had in mind since primary school days

I wanted to be a Banker or an Economist (from childhood) though I was very good in my English & Literature.
First Jamb was Economics, was denied admission, but at a point, I felt that wasn't my calling (Especially as Maths and figures{except money} do give me headaches) . Second Jamb Mass Comm. Even though I wasn't so keen about it(was more of an introvert owing to my background but I just wanted a course I could really pass easily)...

While on campus for the post utme, I made couple of friends and most of them thought I applied for Law. I said no...God forbid o... Its a very hard course...Lawyers are into occultism....they are liars... Its for the hard heartened. I equated law with medicine and left for me, I just wanted to get admission, finish school in 4 years and start making good money.

Then one guy made a statement that changed the course of my destiny. "Do you think those guys in the faculty of law are more intelligent than you are?, they are not........". Now this was quite motivating.

I did my research, made friends with Law students(some were below average sha) got some books, and discovered Law was my true calling. I'm happy I listened to that guy though... I find this joy doing a course that involves what I love to do on daily basis.

Medical Radiography had always been my passion,it was my first choice of course while filling Jamb form back then.U can never be Jobless today as a Radiographer.

Unemployment made me do what I'm doing right now but will still do what I love right from childhood.... Just trying to balance up first

So you are a lawyer now?

My god mom who is a counselor influenced my decision. I was caught between law and economics. I would say, law is not just my passion but my destiny as am very good at litigation.

My dad asked me "Have you ever seen a poor professional Accountant?" Then he rolled out names of his friends I knew that were Accountants, and compared them with his Lawyer, Medical, friends.

I don't regret the decision today. We will get there Isha Allah.

And there are jobs available for smart people.

i was six when i attended the wedding of an aunt of mine, she was getting married to a naval officer, till today i wdnt forget just how wonderful nd colorful the military men in attendance made it look, with the parades and crossing swords and all...i decided that day i was gonna be a military personel, ild rather earn 5naira in the military than 20naira as a civilian. studied geography also just help the cause. cant wait to finish my nysc and finally get into it, cos as e be theres no other option for me.

Mine is passion... I love doing things with my hands, and I love seeing stuffs move. I just fall in love with anything technology! Hence, mechanical(manufacturing) and mechatronics engineering!

I always love technology and engineering

2012 I gained admission to study electronic and computer engineering
but diversification campaign make me change my career path.
I wrote jamb again and now I am studying Agriculture
wish me well in what I av chosen and I love it . though I miss those days of engineering

I was pretty good with maths and had an apetite for solving technical problems at an early age so engineering was the only way out sorta.

My Mother called me one day into her room and said to me; "Son, if you study any course that is not Engineering, I will not pay your school fees".



SO Today, I am an Engineer..

Visited the hospital for eye treatment(surgery) when i was 9 years old and thereafter always wanted to be a doctor
Unilorin refused me medicine and i ended up studying physiology,worked as medical sales rep a while after NYSC and later ended up in the coldest part of the world where i did a masters in health business management and have been managing health care sector for my current city Council for 5 plus years. Very happy with life.

My parents influenced my career,though i am still going to drop the course....i am just in year 1 and i am sixteen

Presently studying BIOCHEMISTRY , most times when friends ask what am studying and I tell them , they be like did I opt in for medicine and was given biochemistry , nah I didn't MY chem teacher inspired me back then about a particular scientific research(lerenzo ) and geezzz I was so passionate about becoming a scientists, always wanted to know what so many things are made up of ( the chem aspect) did a Lil research on google I saw MCB , BCH , toxicology n few others bt I do follow BCH scientists abroad , although there are chances for BCH student in 9ja bt I really want to study abroad ... I KNOW I WILL GET THERE

Was 4years old, in the mid '80s. my mom always warned me about playing with/poking metallic objects into the electrical sockets of the house until I got the ZAP of my life. Ever since then I wanted to understand the mystery behind electricity and how to defeat it.
Now I'm a practising Electrical engineer with great respect for the awesome power of electricity

Right from when I was a kid
I dreamt of being a Lawyer/Jurist cos I talk too much and its been associated with the said career

I did jamb like 2 times and no admission
Wanted go through the diploma route but dunno what happened I changed course to business admin, my uncle said no do economics, another uncle said marketing is selling every where
So I finally went for marketing
Finished and decided to take it to the field
As a jovial and down to earth woman
It attracted all what and not
So I quit the street and took on the other part of marketing which is customer service

So in all
My personality influenced what I do presently
You can't always find that one better for that job than me
I will simply blow your mind away

I wanted political science,since I lost my aunt due to government strike n negligence,was just 7 so I felt if I become a politician I will solve the situation,but eventually I was giving psychology,i love it, when I served at a neuropsychiatric I appreciate it more,but where am I now somewhere calculating money,still got my mind on it thou.

What level?

My house was robbed when I was five years old. While everyone was scared of the armed robbers with the big guns, I was in awe

Today I'm a passionate international armed robber. Glory be to God

I did some menial jobs at an estate under construction close to my area, saw the way the Architects and Engineers were accorded respect.

I opted for Civil Engineering and now practicing.

I can't really say what actually influenced mine.But I had that inscribed in me since when I was a little boy( primary 5 days)..Two of my uncles kept calling me doctor.And I am one today.Journey through medical school was challenging and interesting but at the end i cant imagine myself in another field.#No regret whatsoever.
