Please help,, I ordered an item and it is shipped by usps ever since Feb, till now I can't track it, it has been on transit since March, and I have been to the post offices closeby, the item is not there, the tracking number starts with an LK, and is kinda costly.

Finally got an Update from Usps.

That the package has left the USA and it's presently departed a transfer airport in Luxembourg. Date 28/04/2016.

Go to the nearest post office to the address on the parcel and ask them about your parcel.

Well that's the problem,the sender just put the address as Lagos,Nigeria so it has no specific region or area. I have no idea which post office it would be going to.

Do you mean the sender wrote only your name and then Lagos, Nigeria?

Please I need to know if my package is actually coming to Nigeria. My aunt just sent me a package from the USA and it was insured because the stuff cost a little. But to my surprise the tracking number she was given doesn't even have any alphabet at all. I only have a 20 digit number. She scanned and sent me a copy of the receipt which I still have it. On the receipt I seen clearly she had sent it to my home address because it was written on the receipt. But what baffles me is that, do you think it matters that it doesn't have any alphabet and do you think it's actually coming to Nigeria? Please help

Yes,he did sadly. So is there any hope of me getting the package,but it was insured by the way.

Yes, there is. Go to GPO Marina. That's where packages such as this are sent to. Go with a valid means of Identification.

It is located at Marina after CMS bus stop. That is where all unclaimed mail is sent.

tell the sender to send you the right tracking number and the career in which the package would be coming with either fedex,dhl,etc

Thank you for responding to my complaint as no one has been able to. Well, I tried tracking it on the USPS website using the tracking number on the copy of the receipt she send me and it said on their website that it has arrived their USPS Facility in Jamaica NY and is it on transit to it destination. She sent it via a Post Office in West Virginia USA....it has been sent since Monday 16th May 2016

Unfortunately, you will have to go to NIPOST Asaba with proof of ID and ask for your package.

they later sent d package to warri..and i collected it sharperly..thnks

Guy from what am seeing that item is at the state capital Asaba as u can see NGASAB, so if u cn reach any of the nipost office Asaba on phone and see if it will help..

Please how long does royal mail (international signed) from Uk takes to deliver to nigeria? I was given the tracking number which begins with RCxxxxxxxxGB . When i tracked it on their site, it showed "its on the way" handed over to nigeria overseas company for delivery. It was sent out on the 23-05-2016 .
