Cooking Procedure:

First, I boiled the shredded chicken with onion and salt for about 3 minutes because it cooked very fast. Then I boiled water for the noodles, added both the noodles and vegetables at the same time, waited for about a minute before adding the sardines. Noodles cooks really fast, in about 6 minutes it was ok for me then I added both the shredded chicken and delicious stock, stirred, waited a few seconds and turned off the heat.

If you do not like noodles, you can actually cook spaghetti or macaroni like this, but increase cooking time from five minutes to ten or more.
Ingredients:

Water
A handful shredded chicken
I medium sized onion bulb for boiling the chicken and adding with vegetables
3 small packs noodles
3 large carrots, I cooked some and left some for garnishing
1 small green pepper
2 small sized tatashe
2 cabbage leaves
1 can sardines


Large serving noodles

Hot noodles

Shredded chicken with salt, water, oinion

Noodles and veggies added same time

Sardines in noodles

Shredded chicken and stock

See vegetables everywhere. Now let me teach you how to cook noodles.
Buy 2 packs of indomie instant noodles, pour two cups of water in to your pot.
Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour the noodles inside, allow to simmer for 3 minutes, then add chili and pepper and raw egg.
Leave for 2 minutes and your noodles is ready.
You can eat with one 60 naira bread and one big orobo Pepsi.

I can go with the shredded chicken, but not with sardine in the same meal, that is too heavy and has same nutritional content. Vegetables are good in noodles and pasta, they aid digestion. Trying this method tomorrow.

my own dey simple.
on my way back from work, buy 100 or 200 naira suya(depending on ya pocket), enter through the kitchen, put water on the stove, pour the suya (including the pepper and onions)in the water, go into the room , remove ya clothes. come back into the kitchen and add the noodles to the boiling suya. enter the bathroom baff go back into the kitchen pour the noodles into bowl pick up a fork, enter sitting room switch on TV sit down and enjoy my meatdles.

It saves time,money, stress. and the aroma is something else!

Na pigeon bird you fry or Chicken

Op did you add the spice for the noodles? Because with the sardines and spice from your shredded chicken it will be salty o.....correct me if am wrong. Your food looks inviting tho...well done
