I was hoping at least I would have some more extra days to enjoy myself before I start feeling changes.
My Body is now blazing hot especially once it's getting towards evening, with loss of appetite, fainty feeling, bloating, difficulty sleeping.
Please are all these normal experienced mamas, so I can relax my mind. Been so worried.

Again pls what prenatals are better & is there anything I can do to alleviate these symptoms am already having?
Am only on folic acid 800mcg, metformin 1000mg & 400mg cyclogest at night only.

Avoid perfumes. Most babies even react to fragranced creams, soaps etc. Even perfumed detergents affects some babies' skin

Hahahaha. Dat sounds like a pretty gud plan but I fear CS pass labor pains o. my babies are shy o. they were covering their genitals during scan. i will just prepare for both sexes.

Please is that the standard? Is the remaining 2 free in govt hospital. Don't want us to enrich this private hospital o

They are correct. Rota and pneumococcal are not free. Pls ensure you give them to her. Very important
