Hey gurus, please how can I solve 'no audio output device installed' problem on a Dell laptop. I have tried everything I found online, from unstalling/installing to disabling /enabling.. I have even taken to a computer technician.. No way. Worst is the computer is not mine and I need return it ASAP. But I can't return with this issue. Anyone knows what else I can do. The very last option pleaseeeee. It falled from table though but no damage whatsoever other than this.

I downloaded the VLC player and so far, it's playing the movies on my phone very well.

Since its had a fall, damage could be internal.
