Why would anyone hate Olly that much. His actions were born out of anger and quite understandably so, after the death of his family and friends at the hands of the wildlings. Plus he too young to understand all what was going on. RamseyBolton on the other hand has a totally stinking personality. I can't imagine living next to such a person and not killing him.
