I am sure to many people this is not a big deal but to me yes it is, I have been a visitor for years to your forum, but decided to become a member last year November. I have abided by all the rules of your forum and posted non-hate or Biafra related topics, I don’t have issues with biafrans ; I have not fought verbally with anyone on this forum or threatened anyone so therefore I would like to consider myself a role model here or a forum abiding citizen so why was I banned?

You know without us your forum wouldn’t exist, we practically help you make money we post topics for you, update your forum regularly, don’t we deserve a little bit of respect? Should I blame your moderators or you I don’t know but really they should loosen their grip a bit when it comes to offenses, if indeed someone broke your rule as a first timer, a warning should be sent, you have our email addresses, then a repeat offender can get the ban, before that our offenses should be known to us as not to repeat them intentionally.

We love Nairaland, we are like a family here, but you should know the youths are hungry, we come up with ideas all the time, you won’t be the only forum or number one for long….do not let your forum be the case of “I used to read Nairaland.

Somebody reports an offense to a certain mod, just because the mod likes Dat person, she doesn't ban him, she only hides the comment..


Den wen someone else reports an insult from the person who made a report sometime ago, she acts swiftly to ban that person..

You have a valid point here bro, a moniker must have broken one of the many rules before the moniker would be banned, but sometimes these mods bans monikers for purposes that doesn't in anyway goes against any of these rules.

First things first this post isn't rubbish as many people can relate to this, and yes I do have a life before and after nairaland please read and understand what I posted up there I haven't broken any rule I am aware of. Reason for this thread is to tell the mods most offenders don't even know their offence and how not to repeat them again and first offenders should be let off with a slight warning......never you ever in your life call someone's post rubbish to pen down words to express ones feelings ain't an easy task

why are u guys taking dis ban thing seriously like it's a court ruling. A larger percent of people here exist under a pseudonym. Why not accept it or learn from it as d case may be. If e too worst create a new moniker and move ahead.

I was ban for a week , one of refiner supporters reported me to d mods becus i returned his bashing to him on a thread created for refiner abt d miss NL, it was so unfair we both should av bn banned y jst me Well he made me spend a week in NL prison for that am going to my village for him....
