Well I have know of those games, I am just curious to which ones you guys play and like, cos to be honest I am not a fan of multiplayer. They are usually plagued with toxic players, uneven match making, discord from attempted co-op with strangers and repetitive gameplay

Valid reasons not to go online, but when you play with a group of friends or forge relationships with other online players, you mitigate all of them.

The only games I have played for more than a few hours online are Dead Space 3 and Splinter Blacklist. They held my attention cos I played it with a friend. I have tried left 4 dead 2, COD MW3, Far Cry 3 multiplayer and warframe and gave up on them fairly quickly. Warframe in particular was just grind grind grind.

Only title you listed that Ive played online is CODMW3 and I got addicted once I knew the maps very well. I was getting killed to the point of frustration when I started and I think it's same with competitive play...what platform do you play on? PC or console?

Haha! Only meant to be patient till you know the maps like the back of your hand.
I'm usually on Project Cars, MKX. My stint with MW3 was on the Xbox360 when I had it.

Thanks, I will attempt to reconnect with online gaming again if the cabal of work, NEPA,lag and traffic allow me.

Anyways, quick question: If i want to drift round a corner, do i hold down the handbrake all through the drift, or do i just tap it to initiate the drift??
Logic here tells me to tap it but i'm not so sure...

for most racing games that I have played, you just need to tap to initiate it and steer, though it's normal for the car to decelerate during drift. So keep eyes on the speedometer cool

Yup, steer, tap handbrake and get back on throttle immediately...if the car is insanely setup for drift, even steering can get it into a drift or steer and light tap of normal brakes.

Just checked up NFS:The run on origin and it's £2.87..even Hot pursuit (one of the best of the series) which is older is more expensive @ £4.31..wow!

I used to record my lap times in the AMG Black Series.(NFS:HP) that's how sad I was

tap the hand brake... Then when the car swerves you need to use the brake and accelerator to maintain the balance.

Playing Bloodborne on the PS4. Awesome game but not as difficult as the core 'Souls' games. Father Gascoigne couldn't stand my visceral attacks lol. 2 bosses down, many more left. Epic game abeg.

Ghost had better storyline/plot. But the gameplay wasn't that great.

Advanced Warfare was just there. And i couldn't wait to finish it. It was amazingly boring after a while. The game probably has one of the worst storylines in the CoD franchise. But gameplay looked ok. Or at least better than Ghost.

As for graphics, its CoD. CoD is well known for its sub par graphics. So no comment on that aspect.

From personal experience, G2A is shît. They are legit, but still shît nonetheless.

Isn't Hot Pursuit a free to play game on Origin?? Or maybe its Most Wanted(2012) cant remember. Anyways, i dey prepare for final examz. So all forms of online gaming are sadly on hold for the nxt one month. cry

I always insisted that Fifa is a broken shambles of a game. If EA can admit(albeit under duress) that Base cards benefit from chemistry boosts whilst upgraded IF cards don't...what else is left unsaid?

I stopped playing fifa16 online early this year for the sake of my health. Best decision I ever made...

I'm currently enjoying Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor... combat is interesting but still getting used to playing with the keyboard and mouse. I've been spoiled by using a controller for many years.
