There is nothing normal in owing N11billion for several years and refusing to pay while at the same time, mocking others who can't pay staff salaries. A man who cant use his common sense to manage his private business successfully should not advice state governors on how to run a debt free state.

Yes it is possible. It all depends on the agreements made during negotiations.
For example, the Murray Bruce family can decide to sell off their shares in the company completely and have nothing to do with it anymore. In cases like the example, Amcon would try and reposition the business, then sell it off too.
