just know that it's better to have more end users for each domain purchased. The more the better/merrier.
Thanks for taking your time to reply. Congrate on your fourth sale. We haven't even gone half of the month yet and you've sold that much. It means I must be doing something wrong. Hope your coaching won't cost much, I intend enrolling

Heads up people.

I do not know what happened but my buyer couldn't send me my money due to some stupid Paypal system that refused to process the transaction but here is a good news.

If you can ensure that you can trust the buyer of your domain name, you can direct then the to send you the money using TRANSFAST.com for transactions up to $1500.

TransFast.com offers a better exchange rate of 285 than most exchangers currently offer and the good news is that the money will be deposited into your local savings bank account.

All you have to do is give your buyer your details which include your name, bank name, bank branch (maybe where you opened the account) and then of course your bank account number. Money will be sent to your account with 24-48 hours.

This is how a lady sent me money from the US 2 months ago as a thank you for what I did for her NGO and that was how I found out.

Most of my sales are by direct selling and I hardly use selling sites.

But on some occasions, I have parked at either flippa or undeveloped with a price set on them before reaching out to end users and it sold within a few hours. This happens because most times people type the URL when you reach out to them, if they are interested and more often than not, they will prefer to make offer or Buy it now without saying "hi" as a reply to your email.

find lots of emails here : https://www.namepros.com/threads/how-to-find-potential-end-users.68798/

I have gone through the link you share and i must say, it has lots of tips. In respect of what they shared, i will like to get your own tips because they made some assuptions and pointed out some things like not using free email provider such as yahoo, gmail, hotmail etc when sending sales letter to end users.instead we should use a custom email such as yourname@domainname.

Also, they pointed out that the sales letter should be brief and straight to the point. It should not be too long.

They also made mentioned of ebay, none mentioned most of the popular domain selling site like undevelop, flipa and the rest.

Now my question is, what kind of email do you use when sending to end users

do you add the link to the undevelop listing of the domain you wish to sell or you deal directly with the buyer without using auction sites

what amount do you think is appropriate to sell at first when they request for a quote before negotiating the price or do you add the price to the message you will send

is your sales letter lengthy or short to the point.what do you say about the short to the point sales letter

1. I use my Gmail for all my sales. I have done hosted domains and I never sold any.

Well, sales of a domain name has nothing to do email provider used-- they are just medium of conveying your message.

2. Well, length does not really matter but the reason why people recommend brevity is that it saves time and in a case where you are dealing with a busy enduser, they can glance through within a few seconds and get your message.

3. The reason why you didn't see flippa or Undeveloped.com there is because when that discussion started, flippa was mainly a website selling platform and Undeveloped.com was nonexistent, which was only established last year.

4. What kind I use? Well, mine is short and straight to the point BUT I don't think that is why my domains sold.

5. I do not add any link but I do make sure they are parked at Undeveloped.com. For instance, the current deal I am handling had someone reply my email without checking typing the URL which would have taken him to Undeveloped.com. And just a few days back someone sent me an offer via Undeveloped.com at a much higher price than what the dude who replied my email offered.

But I have noticed that 3 out of 5 will type the URL of a domain name when you tell them it's for sale, just to know what comes on.

6. Sales do not happen because of the kind of sales letter used but because the end user sees value in them. I would rather worry about finding domains that would make someone cough out $$$$ than what email template to use, which means it's the domain that does 95% of the work, others are just supplementary.

it depends on the money involved but I can say 90% of the time, I use paypal for hisenjos paypal service.

I have a pending 4 figures sale but buyer has asked for some time to save the money and we are giving just that. That one should go through Escrow.com when it's time.

My brother 2sexy, hope you remember me, I was in contact with you about 3 years ago on this domain flipping business. I had to pause because I had to set up other businesses for family security. I had to quit domain business when I went a full 3 months without making any sales. Anyway, I am thinking of coming back now. I see you have progressed a lot from those early frustrations. I will need your guidance as I am starting afresh.
Anyway good to see you are doing well.

Google does not know it all....

Yea, you heard me right... Google does not know it and I have gotten more precised and targeted results with Bing wherein Google isn't helping. So if you use Google, also use search.yahoo.com and Bing.com to find end users.
