What a very deceptive thread title. Gosh!!!

Why are people so lazy and ignorant on these nairaland forums?

They all read the very misleading title and jumped to the comment section to shower themselves with feces.

Nowhere did the guy mention IPOB in his write up nor even make a demeaning comment or snide remarks towards them.

He was pummeling some hausa-fulani idiot for his poor knowledge of the Biafran War and for attempting to avoid his question to him.

He only didn't state his support for or rejection of the Biafra struggle in order to make his write up appear neutral, calling it "a long rope".

If anything, he was blasting the "one-nigeria" buffoons for their gross stupidity and low intelligence.

A long rope simply means a broad and comprehensive topic that should be discussed in length and details and never an insult.

Some of you one-nigeria animals really live a very pathetic and despicable life.

The mere mention of Biafra creates uncontrolled panic and restlessness amongst y'all.

Are the Igbos and other Biafrans the very string that holds your life source, without which your very own existence ceases?

Why this parasitism when they have completely rejected you and remind you about it at any given opportunity?

Boko Haram is very right, their are no muslims in Northern Nigeria.

Just becos of worldly things, the so called muslims of Northern Nigeria are fighting and dieing to remain one country with Christians of the South.

They fight us to continue living with us against our will. They insist we are one people despite glaring differences.

I didn't know that Delta, Edo, and Ondo were all parts of the former Eastern region too?

The headline is misleading! He did not bash IPOB or Biafra. He only said:

I must say that if anyone wants Biafra, he should be able to outline what we have in stock for a new nation

Which is understandable. It is a rare thing to see an Igbo born indigene and son of the soil who will 'bash' Biafra. The few who do it are the politicians for selfish interests and those raised outside Igboland who have since lost touch with where they come from. Self determination is ingrained in Igbos. What I do not understand about the present crop of Nigerians who are against Biafra is that they are living witness to how Britain who made us "Nigerians" have used referendum twice in two years to determine its political unity. They used it in 2014 to allow Scotland to stay or opt out. The used it again a few weeks ago to opt out of Europe. But a Nigerian will be screaming "we must stay together or war!'. We have a very long way to go as Africans.

It's been long I resolved never to publicly denigrate my tribe or people, no matter what. Never. Igbo people are still the only people who publicly disparage their own to sound 'objective', 'balanced', 'civilised', 'activistic', and like 'something else'. Those who habitually do this hope to carry favour from and win popularity with other tribes who, inwardly and genuinely, see them as losers. And this attitude has never helped any of the grovellers. A youth is reminding other youths about the intellect of youths representing them as advisers in Buharis govt and youths are derailing the thread with Biafra Igbo Yoruba feud. Very sad The northerners will not condemn the boy despite his poor knowledge of the history of Nigeria.
But again the title of this article is misleading.
