WE ARE TALKING ABOUT IMPROVING STUDENTS' PERFORMANCE IN SSCE,SOME PEOPLE ARE CONCERNED WITH FRIVOLITIES.PUTTING ON HIJAB DOESNT GUARANTEE EDUCATIONAL SUCCESS.DEMONS ARE USING SOME PEOPLE TO CAUSE RELIGIOUS CRISIS IN NIGERIA...

These so called leaders are trying to cause chaos among peace loving people of Lagos state.
They want to enforce their religious belief on people when they only God worship with their mouth but inwardly they are devil's agent.
They just wanted to deceive these students to enslave their souls.

Note: All the judges that corruptible will face an incorruptible to give account of their judgements.

Regardless of the good intentions of the court and the affected Muslims; this may not be a good decision at this time.
Exactly, we just love trouble in this part of the world even where there is none!

Seriously there no big deal in using hijab lets be realistic why blaming buhari Everytime. Let's put a stop to religion violence and lets embrace peace. We all serve one God. God bless Nigeria.

We don't all serve one God.

Repent from this satanic generalization before you slump and die and go to your own place like the fool in the Bible.

It is court of appeal that will destroy this country. I just de wonder why and how will we bring Religion into Education. That's absurd! That's why other countries are far better than us.

Just tell me how using of hijab will boost their brain or make them obedient. Nonsense

Part of what will destroy this country is RELIGION.
u just spoke my mind, why bring religion into education. I don't understand these judges. Education is supposed to enlighten, enable critical thinking and enable one to have different views on issues, religion on the other hand is stagnant and highly conservative. If this people want to be stagnant I think all these useless laws should be focused in the north where religion is more important than education. When would Nigeria learn. What kind of society is this.

We like attaching sentiments to things in this country.

All the posters shouting islamisation and what nots, are they compelling christian students to put on the hijab?

I had moslem friends who refused to cover their heads in school. This ruling definately is for those who would want to.

You are the first poster to make sense.
No where in the judgement did the court impose the hijab on ALL Lagos students.

Alhamdulilah, it is an unconstitutional to ban Muslim students from using Hijab.
Even in Edo state, where I am serving, Muslim students are allowed to use hijab in school let alone of Lagos that has many Muslims.
For those of you saying trash, if you are not happy with the judgement go to the supreme court.

Alhamdulillah.......

I hope those against the judgement will not emulate Osun CAN. There is still another Higher Court

If care is not taken, this controversy would go beyond uniforms to the right of students of different faiths to observe their different " Hours of Prayer " on the school premises which would also be within their " Fundamental Human Rights". Would we then build the school time table around " Prayer Hours " ?

If we don't want religion in school, they should ban CRS, and IRS. Schools in Lagos (Public), should stop conducting assembly in Christian way.
Don't you have constitution, please go and read it. Everyone has right to practice any religion he/she wishes.

SW Muslims ve shown that they re extremely law abiding by pursuing matters in court not withstanding efforts to cow and intimidate them.
I hope our northern brothers will learn to obseve tolerance and pursue matters legally and peacefully.

sometimes I ask myself how does wearing Hijab affect those condemning it? it's not forced on those wearing it... if you wish... wear it... if you don't wanna wear it... leave it...#nobebyforce

If they should grumble, the chapter 4 of the constitution would do justice to that.

There is obviously no separation of religion and State in Nigeria anymore so people should be allowed to bring their religious fhuckery to school.

Christians can wear their religious parafinelia to school..

Traditionalists as well..

You biitches can't eat your cake and have it. Today its Hijab, next will be that during morning assembly, prayers should be in both Christian and Muslim mode to accommodate for both sides.

Fhuck the free world.. Congrats Muslims. Keep up the fight. Next is for them to fight for it to be enforced Nationwide. grin
Christians have no religious wear. If they do, tell me the name of the one you all so wear to church.

Gradually Nigeria is going down the drain they have succeded in Osun its now Lagos from Lagos to Ogun from Ogun to Ondo state or Ekiti after that they will face South and South East Nigerians can you see yourseives bit by bit Nigeria is gradually becoming Islamic Republic.

Amaechi, Okorocha, Ngige, OBJ can you see what you went to bought with your money FROM MARKET This was how Turkey that was once the seat of Christendom was taken over by Muslim go and read the history they began from Schools before the European knew what was going on sharia war broke out and that was the end till today Turkey is 99% Muslim.

And by the way why wearing hijab in public school if not they are looking for trouble I had said this long ago that Nigeria ain't seen anything yet the deal was done and sealed only God can stop them I had being aware of this game plan since Tinubu and Buhari signed agreement and this is why they are angry with Saraki their mission is to win the election and Tinubu the Vice and signed Islamic Nation for Nigeria.

All you Christians the foolish myopic ones that voted for APC UNA SEE UNA SELF, UNA SEE UNA LIVES. Quote me they are coming to Imo State when done with the West I repeat quote me and you will be surprise Okorocha will say a word like "it does not matter its a freedom of religion" and that is finish just watch the game plan.

Part of the game plan is to:

imposing Hijab dress code on all NTA staffs and compulsory Islamic teaching on all on NTA.
Imposing Hijab on all Fed Govt offices across the nation.
Imposing Hijab or soft Islam teaching on Schools and make it a compulsory subject in all schools

More more more I keep quiet for now........................just the the drama like a joke till all are gone. I'm still asking God what was Nigeria sin that this Amagedon party won election APC is Nigeria punishment I swear a party in power who are not borther about people lives or better living but only to lies, blame, complain, Lazy, directionless, Islamic in totality, Lopsided style of ruling, democratic juntas, Islamist fundamentalist sympatizers, failure in fact APC is DEVIL.

Education is in a state of comatose in the SW. It's appalling that people would rather focus more on something that do not add value to our educational system nor to the student. My only regret in life is coming to this world as a Nigeria and black African.

Some of us are logical in our reasoning.

That said, i have daughter in one of the Unity schools who seem to prefer to wear the kaftan and scarf uniform rather than the pinafore with beret. What am i saying in a nutshell, you would be surprised that some christian girls might of their own volition, choose to cover their head.
