Apologies to all Chike's fans.

Have you ever heard the saying that in the midst of blind men, a one eye man is a king. The people Chike is competing with can't even get to project fame top 16. Don't get me wrong, they are good but not just wow.

If you doubt me, I'll advise you to watch this season project fame top 24 on YouTube.

What Do you realize some of the contestants on The voice have been in PF before??

This season PF has been pruned to 16 I think?? Mention two contestants from PF that would beat a Vicky?? a David Operah??

Winner or Pere from PF would call them bosses.

If it's truly trending how come this thread have not left the 3rd page? Last year project fame thread got to 60 pages. Oh! You said UK...... Obviously Nigerians over there love it more.

What's international there? Are the Judges not Nigerians? Are majority of the singers not project fame rejects?

So you're comparing winners to people that have not won talkless of release one single. Na wa o.

Project fame have had the likes of Asha, Tuface , Tiwa, Onyeka..... too numerous to mention grace their show..... So what's the big deal with with
what all you mention.

I'll keep mute on Chike cos I can see you're passionate about him and I understand how it feels when others are not seeing what you're seeing.

We are taking this too faaar...

How many Nigerians appreciate good music, that's too much, how many Nigerians know good music??

Lol......... See pride.

Shebi we can see the like of Iyanya, praise, Chidinma..... Abeg which 1 the voice done release.

Babe when the voice produce 1 successful star, we'll talk better.

Shey you know wizkid, davido psquare etc all make it first at home. They launch their international careers by first becoming successful in their home country. . ..... Na we we go still listen to their music.

They haven't produced a successful star because this is their first time. Sister, think!!!

Well..... Brenda, Nonso and Arese gat my votes. Chike just proved to us that he is not versatile, poorest performer of the night.

Covenant University students are choosing Chike over Nonso

I cannot judge Chike using Pull Over because I don't expect him to go into the market singing such trash. So, I dunno why people keep shouting versatility as if they've ever heard Timi singing anything as daft as Pull Over.

If an artiste has a certain genre on lockdown, why will we insist on bringing out the razz in them? Is Lil Kesh versatile? KCee nko? Find what works for you and stick to it. Dunno why Chike did that shiit song, even Adekunle Gold didn't understand why. Cc @eleshin

Anyway, my guys remain Chike, Nonso and Dewe.... hope people vote hard for those 3, but Chike and Nonso stand higher chances

Brenda is a 27-year old liar. She can come 2nd or 3rd

embarassedAwwwnn..my darling vicky is gone ,anyways she didn't possess the required enthusiasm for the Nigeria audience, but I'll still look for her song and buy or download if she records any.
Will also miss that deep David's voice.
I want brenda to win cos she's got the stage presence that will make her sell, she's got that raw dirt in her voice that i like in brandy, she's proven to be versatile as seen today and lastly she represents the true Nigerian hustling spirit..
i also like Patrick..he's got a nice voice and i love his expressions, passion and hunger for the art,but i think chike will win cos of his fan base.
I need me some of that Nonso sexiness
team #brenda,#nonso,#Patrick #chike

That people don't rate Viveeyan highly baffles me.

Anyway, had this awful feeling 'cause Vicky left. Did one of my best Sia songs. Followed her all the way from Naija Sings, publicity's dealing with her big time.

Now to Chike and Cornel's issue.

Chike's got a very good voice, no doubt but think the only time he's really got me on my feet was the blinds and last week. Think other peeps have been more consistent in their performances... Ermmm like Nonso.

For Cornel iono but I ain't feeling him no more. Too much drama. Common he missed his lines today... If twas argued that he didn't, then I think him repeating those lines just killed the song.

as much as I love Chike, I don't quite think he's found himself as an artiste. He continually uses mannerisms and styles of other artistes/contestants on music reality shows.

I think he's more like those guys famous for doing awesome covers on other people's songs

Nonso, on the other hand, knows where he stands and is brilliant at what he does. He's all him, awkward dance moves and all grin

I'm still conflicted for now on who I want to sink all 100 votes into, cuz splitting the votes is not ideal. So, which of the two stands a greater chance of winning?

Cornel will probably come 3rd or 4th. I know he won't see first or second. Viveeyan will be like 6th or 7th, people even prefer A'rese to her. Brenda... . The fact that she's blatantly lying about her age just makes me dislike her a lot. I really hope she doesn't win, but like i've previously stated, she's quite strong.

I just need to decide who to sink all my votes in between Chike and Nonso since Denrele has sworn to carry Dewe's matter on his head undecided

omo, everything is just scattered. 8 finalists, so the winner may just be the luckiest person cuz votes are heavily split.

The fun may be on twitter, but the madness is on Facebook. I always knew there was a reason I hated that site. Too many people without any music sense being given the power to vote

Imagine them talking of voting Patrick, flipping Patrick. Who go bug that one CD? Na the gra gra singing I wan see? I'll rather have 27 year old Brenda win than that 4ft tall Patrick.

Honestly, if Patrick even makes top 3, I will fully understand why this country is so useless. How can you have maestros like Nonso, Dewe, Chike and A'rese on the show and people are talking about Patrick, because he sings Nigerian songs?

Those people on Facebook are the reason why Buhari is President

My views on the semi-finals:
Cornelius doing his usual gra gra...

Vicky doing a song as beautiful as life but wasn't picked but I ain't mad because Dewe is still around (is there anyone who thinks that Dewe looks a lil bit like Nonso or I need to get my eyes checked? )

Then we go to Micheal jellof rice...just nailed it. So sad to see him go cry (what's up with The voice always giving Patrick clothes that puts his grenade on full display[followers from  YouTube will understand this;-)])

Vivian won.. I was surprised that she wasn't surprised. That thing she does really pisses off. So this time she decided to hoard the stage forgetting she was meant to go off...wouldn't even vote for her in my dreams

DNA surely killed it today(and those people saying it is only pf that teaches people how to sing certainly did not start watching the voice from the auditions but Nonso was too damm good... but DNA will not be forgotten so soon...

Conclusions:
The semi finals was very good...
And can someone tell me why waje never  stood up to hug the leaving contestants...just sitting there moping...except for her jellof rice and all he got was a side hug.#cruel.. any other suggestion as to why she didn't stand(safarigirl and tizblinks ...I would really love to see yr reply to  this) but everyone else can chip in too...

my top 2:Nonso and Chike...no competition there...

I have been voting Nonso and will just continue this final week, whether he wins or not,I like the fact that he has been very disciplined and consistent. His audition was lit, cos Kiss from a rose is not beans. Chike's fans should take #votenotmakenoise before what happened in 1850 will happen again. Imagine one guy saying Chike sang Darey's not the girl song better than Darey. I was weak that day.

PS I don't think more people watch the voice than project fame. They made it more of an elitist thing by putting it on 1)DSTV 2)6k subscription. That's probably why it's getting many you tube views ie I do not need to watch project fame on you tube cos they can watch it on local TV. How many Nigerians are on active DSTV subscriptions?and even with faster internet(eg LTE), the figures will shrink further. Me am just waiting to finish Hotel majestic on AM urban, I will revert to 3k subscription.

The Project fame list,Please add Johnny Drille, from Season 6. He is on all the good lists this year and I promise you that by this time next year, you will know who he is.

Maybe because she is very emotional or her dress had a front slit that was a little high. Anyways the only person she was under any obligation to hug was her Team Member(Michael aka Jollof rice).Sad to see Vicky,David and Michael go. I split my votes btwn them and Nonso. Sentiments aside I think Vicky probably has the best voice and voice control this season,I wish her the best.

PS Never underestimate the power of church voters (Dewe, Patrick, Cornel). You might be shocked to see the winner on Sunday.

On Vicky

The only thing not going for Vicky is publicity. If you've followed all the contests she's being in you'd wonder why she's not won any. At least Naija Sings.

She's got err'thing. Really feel sad. Someone says she needs deliverance cheesy

Anyway Dewe's also brilliant, it didn't hurt that much after all.

The Patrick Thing

Maybe Waje is prolly regreting she saved him (my thoughts Oooh). Abeg how can Patrick win this kinda competition? undecided
Guy's singing is just ewww! Especially when he does naija jams. Too much drama. Yesterday seem like day of Pentecost. Tongues speaking. (Swerve bruv)

Viveeyan

I love this girl dunno what you think.
Why would she not be surprised ehn? I was surprised too.
Do you check their followers?

When the live show kicked off, checked their facebook pages. She had one of the fewest likes. Think twas 169. Khemmie had 1000+. You see? She gotta be. Why she's not now? She feels she's won a lotta people over. Talk confidence!

only reason he chose that train wreck of a song was because people kept shouting versatility up and down. If he wanted to do a Nigerian song, he should have chosen Djinee's Ego. He would have slayed that song.

Even Brenda isn't crazy enough to perform Pull Over.

Anyway, I forgive him for that stupidity. Hopefully, voters don't hold it against him.

Nonso's there with Dewe and Viveeyan.

The most consistent performers. You can hardly fault their performances. Never voted for him 'cause there's not been a reason. Considering, since it's gotten to the popularity thing.

PFame Vs The Voice

Hmmn! What can I say? PFame?
Old soldier never dies.
Well, think PFame's not got that appeal anymore. After Season 3. I stopped watching. Their acts? Where've they been?

Locally, PFame's got more audience but Int'l? You should know.

Love the fact that PFame's more of a music school thing. However, wanna say, after this season of The Voice, PFame's winners wouldn't come close. Why? The Music Deal! #Class!

Cornelius o corny, he forgot his lines, but he had a great come back, he acts too much drama on stage, and it kinda kills his performance.

Chike wanted to "surprise" his unrepentant critics and meeeehhhn, what's "pull over", who did the original song?? Ain't voting for him though.

Vicky didn't do good justice to the Sia's song, it wasn't a woow performance IMO.

Dewe and Nonso have my votes.
