A nuclear strike is not an A10 warthog strike there is a chain of quiet command and processes that assures a rogue US president can't just wake up and order a strike .That said, there's a chain of command that involves the Secretary of Defense who could refuse to relay the order (his codes —or those of the Asst. Sec. Defense in his absence— are required to launch) and then quickly call the Cabinet and Congress to report that the POTUS had gone crazy. The Cabinet can declare the President unfit in a letter to Congress.

Furthermore, there's a "must notify" part of the nuclear protocol that requires the DoD and whomever else inside the White House to notify senior leaders of the US government in the event of a nuclear launch.  These leaders would include (and presumably not be limited to), Speaker of the House, President Pro Temp of the Senate, Majority/Minority Leaders of both houses of Congress, the Chairperson of the various oversight committees that are tied to war (Appropriations, Defense, Intelligence, Energy).  The chain of command, that requires the Secretary of Defense and others to relay such an order is robust enough to handle such a statistically-impossible scenario of a "rogue president" ordering a launch.

Dude, as the US president, Donald Trump, a racist madman, would be powerful enough to create the conditions that would make a nuclear war seem 'justified' or 'inevitable'. He could easily order massive airstrikes against civilian targets in the middle east, killing millions, like Bush did in Iraq. This could trigger a reaction from the Russians or from Arabs. A retaliatory terrorist strike then occurs in America, killing thousands, like on 9/11. Then Trump emerges as the 'saviour', and seeks and gains military and congressional support to launch nuclear strikes "in defense of the homeland", and voila! Global nuclear war arrives. So it is very easy for any US president who wants to start a nuclear war to do so.

The maths don't add up

He needs to win Pennsylvania, florida, ohio, Michigan to make the electoral map turn red

He has already maligned the African American population (Pennsylvania, Michigan)
