Thanks for checking up on us. Had a scan to check the baby's weight and she was 6.2 pounds at 34wks 3 days, is that ok? i am officially waddling like an overfed toad. Started Lamaze classes today and loved it. I hope time runs as fast as possible. Just cant wait.

Congrats mama. I think 6.2 pounds at 34wks 3days is very ok. I had my baby at 39wks and he weighed 7 pounds 6 ounces. Enjoy ur lamaze classes esp the breathing techiques

U think I just progress like that? Was taking evening prime rose tablet, red raspberry and peppermint tea. Then I waka for Jerusalem o. Was practically brisk walking every 1 hour! Imagine that. Then one mama told me about "yoga dancing into Labour" I do that one. So my cervix was very ready for hard work o when I was induced. cool

I greet you All my Sisters and mothers. ...it's been a wonderful journey so far. It may not have been completely perfect but there have been abundant reasons to be thankful to God who has done exceedingly well to bring us this far.....of course he didn't bring us this far to abandon us but rather to see us to the end of this journey successfully. ..so we will depend on him to the VERY END!
He has done it already for some of us ...mompurity2, udoomama and ijeomaobi1 ...we celebrate with them!

We should all be in week 37, 38, 39 and some approaching week 40 already....that means any of us can have our babies at any time from now,(babies are considered term from 37weeks) so we should all be ready. ..mum and baby essentials at least for the first 1month bought already. Baby should have been head down by now to increase our chances at trying a VD. ..

We will do our best to cooperate with our Doctor's and midwives as much as possible while we continuously pray for the best team to be with us on that day! When not sure of a suggestion by a Doctor or midwife , don't hesitate to come here to weigh the suggestions so as to be better guided.
Our goal has been mother alive, baby alive and father rejoicing. ...so whatever measures need to be taken to make that possible should be fully supported(CS included) ...
Please start your walks if you haven't already done so. Increase your kpekusing too if DH is readily available too. You can also do squats to help exercise the pelvic floor muscles tho it's not so easy cos of bump heaviness and pains in the legs.
That being said. ...wishing you ALL the best and nothing but the best. kiss

I am 38wks +4days today. . .am excited and anxious. ..it's not been easy. ..started Maternity leave on Monday as I was over tired of preparing for work every morning. House chores have become a great deal of work too ...just managing to keep up. My baby's bag has been packed. ..but mine has not yet but I will do so once I return from ANC today...I do my walks at least 45mins too in the evening ...
I am ready for labour! !! Yes I am.....I want to hold my own baby and nurture with love cool

Cappy,am still much every loyal. I don't understand the issue with my NL acct,can't comment here for some weeks now,after writing, to post it will be giving many me grammar I didn't understand,BT I do read, to commen is the wahala.

Am doing very much fine,the baby is kicking actively expect the pelvic pains I do have and have complain abt both hospital I registered for ANC ,they only ask me to use paracetamol and always rest.

Congrats to all the mamas that have delivered,happiness will never evade your home.

I don't even knw where to start from. I'm so depressed. I jst feel like fading into oblivion. It just doesn't make sense. Why will it tk me 2yrs to conceive only to hv a blighted ovum? & I ws jst starting to enjoy dis thread. I would hv been a Feb or March mum. I guess dis is d end of d journey 4 me. It is well. God is faithful & He knows best. I can't question Him even though my heart is heavy. Happy bumping to you all.

Be of good cheer. It's not the end. Take care of your health and work on your faith, you need to build it up from the way u sound then when you return, it will be big time.

But drink water. Plenty water
Just water.
Same thing I was told by the doctor n kaffy4bill and guess what? it helped me.
When I take soda, the pain just starts and I switch to water. Say 1liter every hour.
I drink 6 pure water be4 day break n I tell U. It's been a life saver.

Just keep drinking. Don't go dehydrated.

To think that I have been taking sodas everyday? Will take your advise and start taking a lot of water henceforth.

You got a birthday mate. My princess came around 12.25pm and u owe us the great suprise gift.

BIRTH story

Planned induction with my doctor(wanted a July baby but d man refused). Got to the hospital7pm on Sunday. Started induction and epidurala round 1am Monday morning. By 8am I was 10cm dilated and 100%effaced but no doctor. He finallya tribes around 10 am and I push tire, baby no show face.

Around 12 noon, doctor said I will be suctured(not even sure I got d word or spelling) so he used the stuff and magic.... Baby came out!!!

My darlingp princess came around 12.25 pm August1st weigh 3.57kg .

Britneystacy u got me in Ur team and am first to download my precious baby.

Good evening mamas. I feel so sad. I'm supposed to be 8wks 5days but I went for a scan & it ws 5wks 6 days. Doctor said I had a blighted ovum & gv me drugs to flush it out. I don't even knw where to start from. I'm so depressed. I jst feel like fading into oblivion. It just doesn't make sense. Why will it tk me 2yrs to conceive only to hv a blighted ovum? & I ws jst starting to enjoy dis thread. I would hv been a Feb or March mum. I guess dis is d end of d journey 4 me. It is well. U think I just progress like that? Was taking evening prime rose tablet, red raspberry and peppermint tea. Then I waka for Jerusalem o. Was practically brisk walking every 1 hour! Imagine that. Then one mama told me about "yoga dancing into Labour" I do that one. So my cervix was very ready for hard work o when I was induced.

O baby yo! U too much... I've learnt jare...fear no gree me take raspberry tea last time but this time around, I will do everything. Even this yoga class sef, i will enrol.
