Have been taking cucumber and other fruits. Also eat in bit several time a day but as for sleeping well ? My DD doesn't sleep till like 3am in the morning and it has really been stressful to me . Went to see our family doctor and was placed on swidon Nitrazepam 5mg for 5 days . Was able to sleep well last night same with DD

I greet you All my Sisters and mothers. ...it's been a wonderful journey so far. It may not have been completely perfect but there have been abundant reasons to be thankful to God who has done exceedingly well to bring us this far.....of course he didn't bring us this far to abandon us but rather to see us to the end of this journey successfully. ..so we will depend on him to the VERY END!
He has done it already for some of us ...mompurity2, udoomama and ijeomaobi1 ...we celebrate with them!

We should all be in week 37, 38, 39 and some approaching week 40 already....that means any of us can have our babies at any time from now,(babies are considered term from 37weeks) so we should all be ready. ..mum and baby essentials at least for the first 1month bought already. Baby should have been head down by now to increase our chances at trying a VD. ..

We will do our best to cooperate with our Doctor's and midwives as much as possible while we continuously pray for the best team to be with us on that day! When not sure of a suggestion by a Doctor or midwife , don't hesitate to come here to weigh the suggestions so as to be better guided.
Our goal has been mother alive, baby alive and father rejoicing. ...so whatever measures need to be taken to make that possible should be fully supported(CS included) ...
Please start your walks if you haven't already done so. Increase your kpekusing too if DH is readily available too. You can also do squats to help exercise the pelvic floor muscles tho it's not so easy cos of bump heaviness and pains in the legs.
That being said. ...wishing you ALL the best and nothing but the best.

I am 38wks +4days today. . .am excited and anxious. ..it's not been easy. ..started Maternity leave on Monday as I was over tired of preparing for work every morning. House chores have become a great deal of work too ...just managing to keep up. My baby's bag has been packed. ..but mine has not yet but I will do so once I return from ANC today...I do my walks at least 45mins too in the evening ...
I am ready for labour! !! Yes I am.....I want to hold my own baby and nurture with love .

Bags packed, mentally and physically ready, but no show, well am patiently waiting o. August mama's ho all of us are fully ready o?i pray for supernatural short birth for every mama here. Am starting m walkout a other small inducing packed packages today. Can't wait to meet my baby. Everyone is super existed of the coming but just some Lil insecurities of mine 'bout baby been posterior. I heard t means it's back labour and pple dread it. But I believe God will make it smooth for u all. Pls if u have ur annoiting oil and mantle pls take along with u to the hospital.

Good evening mamas. I feel so sad. I'm supposed to be 8wks 5days but I went for a scan & it ws 5wks 6 days. Doctor said I had a blighted ovum & gv me drugs to flush it out. I don't even knw where to start from. I'm so depressed. I jst feel like fading into oblivion. It just doesn't make sense. Why will it tk me 2yrs to conceive only to hv a blighted ovum? & I ws jst starting to enjoy dis thread. I would hv been a Feb or March mum. I guess dis is d end of d journey 4 me. It is well. Realdentist since you have treated and it's recurring maybe you didn't discard your panties because the bacteria will still be there! Try and discard them and treat again with suppositories. You may also try garlic peel and insert into the jajaina before going to bed and remove in the morning, this method works too.

Dh and I were on our way home when we passed by this roadside faaji /party. .....don't know what they were celebrating but I spied the jollof rice. Told Dh to park that I must eat jollof. Went straight to the service person with my big bump to ask for rice. The woman looked me up and down. ...I obviously didn't belong in the setting; wasn't dressed up. She gave me the jollof o and I gleefully ate it .Dh was so embarrassed that day
