You see, the digital marketing skills and graphic design skills are not really well related. It is better to assign your graphic design task into one job, and all the other tasks into another job, otherwise, you will get crap results and the reason won't be the person you employed, but the fact that you thought you could employ one person to do things that one person SHOULD NOT do.

Now, don't get me wrong. If you had added "competitor strategy analysis" to the list, one person could probably handle that right for your company. But once you added "graphic design" you needed to get another person for that.
