as you fit meet different kind of hands, both palatable and unpalatable.
also d procedure is believed not to be painful bit rather . makes one uncomfortable.
in counting d cm. 1 finger is 2cm, 2 fingers is 4cm, 3 fingers is 6cm, 4 fingers is 8cm And 5 fingers is 10 cm.

but you rarely see a midwife or Doctor that will insert 5 fingers... what they do is when d vagina accommodate 4 fingers they will just extend it.

I believe you've come across HOW TO PRAY EFFECTIVELY and read about prayer of agreement, you will find peace in the process and God will surely show you if it was His will or not.

keep using surgical spirit and cotton wool to keep it clean and try. Let the clothes be loose and try the newborn nappies which are cutoff and dont cover the navel.

Lol, public hospitals are, erm....I got an invitation to one of the top private hospitals here to attend their ANC! we were treated like Royalty but their fees.....Nah, I couldn't, so I carried myself back to our free of charge hospitals.
