Majorly, to ghost solely depends on you and your LGI. This mostly requires financial agreement between you two.

You can as well do it directly from camp by meeting those in charge posting or ICT as they are always aware of LGA with easy arrangements of such and linking you with the LGA's LGI.

Note that everything boils down to kudi, ego, owo, molu, MONEY.....

To be honest, I actually don't know much about foreign graduates procedure. But I will advice you visit the nearest jamb office for more info.. or if possible, visit the HQ at abuja.


I think the evaluation will be needed. coupled with your Waec result.
