If he's very geniune,he can re-apply immediately.Contrary to being desperate,it sometimes suggest to the VO that the applicant might be geniune afterall. I was denied at my first attempt. The reason given was that my documents lack credibility. I re-applied the next day and submitted a letter as to why thier initial assumption was false. The VO called me after submission to ask some questions based on my application (thats why its advisable you do it yourself and even if you used an agent,make sure you go thru the application yourself). I answered correctly.I got the Visa afterwards. The take-away here is just be geniune. All the best.

1. Which of the embassy i will submit my critical skills application VFS Lekki or VI as i am aware that if it is Lekki I will pay service charge and what is the processing time.

2. is Hotel reservation compulsory for Critical skills visa.

3. what other fees will i pay apart from visa fee and service charge (if applicable to me).

Also this 20 pages form do i have to fill all or put not applicable in all that does not concern my application?

Hello, I submitted mine in 2015 at embassy in VI. You can go to embassy for more information about the submission. What is on page 20? I don't know if you can use hotel reservation because when i did my own my wife sent proof of accommodation to me. It better to get proof of accommodation. Thanks

HONS is a program you register for in RSA UNIVERSITIES before you can do your MSC in some universities. It often last for just one session. 8 to 9months

This is good idea but not the best because the name of the German school will b on your passport this will compile you to apply again for permit when admission letter is issued for MSc .Inform your dean via supervisor of your intention to enrol for Msc and the need for permit renewal .A letter from dean stating your intention to enrol next year will be accepted at Home affairs.This route has helped many international students .

Next Step is Verification. Estimated completion 03-Nov-2016. SAQA will inform you when result is ready'. I've mailed them but I got no response to my e-mail. Please what can i do as all admission closes ending of this month and I need to apply to get January admission.
