pls i wnt to ask hw possible is it for the school dt gave u admission to face the embassy demself after been denied visa

The visa is given to you, not the school
so you must meet all the requirements.
Just gaining admission to any school is not enough.

Very unlikely that the school would intervene and even more unlikely that the visa officer would change their decision.

You must look carefully at the reason for refusal and put those things right.

Good I know you are planning to travel to UK so I can as well report you over there. Thank God for technology.
truthbastille:
Please house, my visa application was denied on the following grounds: I stated I earned about 500£ a month and spend 200£ on living expenses ( normal for a federal civil servant) but intend to spend 1500£ for 2 weeks of holiday ( the visa officer said he doesn't see any reason. Why I would spend about 8 month disposable income in 2 weeks and I could not establish Suffient ties to the country hence he denied my application. I submitted introduction letter from my government office and my account statement with over 600k as balance although salary is irregular due to my Microfinance bank commitments.

Been to uk before about 6 years ago on a 6 month visa spending just 3 weeks but my parents sponsored the trip then.

Please I need advice on the next to take

Can you get a work permit or something to remain in England, if a British citizen is pregnant for you?

Phardey... you have done the needful, Let your mum reapply as you have said she's going for her appointment today. Be informed that the BDHC would do all verifications... They might even send delegates to the CAC headquaters for clarification, so If your documents are genuine, Congratulation and if Not, it's gonna be very bad. I wish ur mum good luck!!!.

I totally agreed with you. my brother just got refused visa because he did not disclose an Irish visa refusal 4 years ago. He have never applied for an Irish visa in his life and his current passport is his first passport ever.

Dude you are just make allegations on something we know very little about, the ECO might have carried out their own investigation about the business before stating that the business is not hers. We don't know the whole story neither do we know what she submitted but you keep going on about how they refuse people visa falsely.

The U.K. Referendum of EU was not because they were asked to take some refugees ask you falsely stated before. The referendum issue was an election promise far before the refugees crisis.

The U.K. Economy is not in crisis again as you wrongly pointed out.

Nobody is attacking you but avoid misleading people even when the fact is everywhere.

@imperialebony, please I urgently need to discuss something with you pls inbox me ladyonyia@gmail.com tnks

@justwise, Good day. Please I need your advise on the UK visiting visa. I started working 6 months ago trying to apply for the UK visa, have never travelled out of the country before. Got a fixed deposit acc with about 100k plus, I earn roughly 140k monthly and my personal account of about 350 which will later be 425k at the end of Nov after removing all expenses after salary is added. My expenses for the month without shouldering any responsibility is 40k. My friend is wholly sponsoring the trip but I know I need to add other documents as well.

Documents I intend attaching are:
Reference letter from employer
Payslip for 6 months
Confirmation letter
Schedule of PAYEE remittance as I do not have a tax card yet
Fixed deposit bank statement
Personal bank statements
Birth certificate

The questions are
(1) having this balances does it reduce my chances of getting the visa with the fact that am not sponsoring anything.

(2) I lost my dad at a very young age and stay with my uncle who owns the building where we reside. He has been my sponsor/ guardian all through my education. Can I use our lawma bills and other bills that indicates our address without raising an issue there.

(3)i should get total a total emoluments of about 360k this Dec from my leave, salary and 13th month. Can I state that in my application knowing it has not entered or can't be accounted for now

Kindly advise and I stand to be corrected.
Thank you

If you have been to Dubai and the USA several times, i doubt you will have any issues getting your UK visa approved. Send in your bank statements that show your transaction history.

It's pretty easy. Apply for a dollar card in a bank just like the Naira card. You are charged a yearly maintenance fee and you can use for your transactions abroad. The guy can get a person with a dollar card in Nigeria. She actually used mine. All we did was buy $180 and she paid into my dollar account and used the card details for the payment.

1. All you need to do is to explain any payment into your salary account that is not salary from your employer

2.You don't need to include those

3. Yes you can do that nothing wrong with that.

You don't need birth certificate in that list
