Also did you or your nominating school or organisation recieve any email from them to confirm the receipt of your nomination package?

i received the request for scratch card after my nominating agency submitted my package. I received a mail that my package was received. That same mail contained the request for my scratch card. They asked for the scratch card to verify my result and update it on my SSC.

yeah sure. If you submitted waec certificate, they'll ask for scratch card details. If you already submitted that, then you might just receive confirmation message. But check your SSC message center regularly.

thanks phenoldejavu, about the bank statement stuff, am still a teenager and i don't have any valid bank account, can i use my sisters bank statement?

you don't even need your own bank account statement. You have to submit your parents or guardian's
